What will you do?
As Software Development Manager Finland you will lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers working across modern and
legacy systems, building a high-performing engineering culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous
improvement.
You will drive the maintenance and development of our data-driven products which enable better decision-making for businesses and
consumers, while evolving a landscape that includes business-critical legacy platforms.
You balance innovation, technical debt, and operational stability while safeguarding data quality, security, and regulatory
compliance.
This role combines people leadership, delivery responsibility and technology modernization in a highly data-centric environment.
You report to Head of IT Development and are a part of the leadership team within the development organization.

We are looking for a Solution Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the technology solutions supporting our Lead-to-Cash process across the Nordic region. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle, performance, and evolution of a business-critical solution landscape, ensuring it enables efficient lead management, pricing, contracting, billing, and revenue realization. You will play a key role in connecting sales, customer processes, and technical platforms, ensuring scalability, integration, and alignment with Enento’s digital information services while maintaining our architectural guardrails. You will work closely with our suppliers of Saas-solutions and well as our software development partners. You report to Head of IT Development and are a part of the leadership team within the development organization. Who are you? To succeed in this role you must have +10 years of experience in software development, architecture, or similar roles as well as experience with SaaS solutions and enterprise platforms. You need proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional solution landscapes and experience working with Lead-to-Cash processes e.g. CRM, order management, billing. In depth knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. It also requires strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmaps. As part of our Media Channels Product management team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing how businesses strategise, execute, scale, and optimize their programmatic / paid social advertising efforts through our Smartly Advertising Platform.
