Wir suchen ab sofort in Vollzeit am Standort Ober-Ramstadt eine:n: (Junior) Marktplatz Manager (m/w/d) (Onboarding) / (Junior) Stammdaten- und Prozessmanager (m/w/d) / Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) E-Commerce. DEINE AUFGABEN * Marktplatz-Onboarding & Go-Live: Du bist verantwortlich für das Onboarding und die Veröffentlichung unserer Artikel auf E-Commerce-Plattformen wie Zalando, Otto, About You und Amazon. * Daten-Qualitätssicherung & -pflege: Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung, Pflege und Bereinigung von Produkt- und Stammdaten in unseren Systemen (PIM und SAP) gemäß den plattformspezifischen Anforderungen. * Fehleranalyse & -behebung: Du identifizierst potenzielle Fehlerquellen im Onboarding-Prozess und verfolgst diese aktiv nach, um eine reibungslose Produktlistung zu gewährleisten. * Tradebyte- & Attributverwaltung: Du steuerst das Tradebyte-Mapping und behältst Attribut-, Kategorie- sowie Bildkorrekturen auf den Marktplätzen für eine korrekte Darstellung im Blick. * Partner-Koordination: Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen, um die Bereitstellung von Artikelinformationen sowie die Aktivierung saisonaler Sortimenten sicherzustellen. * Kennzahlen-Auswertung: Du bereitest relevante KPIs auf und analysierst diese, um den Erfolg deiner Onboarding-Maßnahmen transparent und messbar zu machen. DEIN PROFIL * Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich E-Commerce, Wirtschaft oder Management * Du hast mind. ein Jahr Erfahrung als z.B. Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in der Stammdatenpflege, Sachbearbeitung und Verwaltung * Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Berufserfahrungen im Umgang mit Marketplaces / Partnerprogrammen, einem PIM-System sowie einem Marketplace-Integrator (wie z. B. Tradebyte). * Du besitzt überdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und bist motiviert unser starkes Wachstum weiter voran zu treiben * Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift. There’s lots of data to improve on and build. 🔧 SAMPLE SET OF PROJECTS * Build a search ranking algorithm across open text, integrating signals from user interactions (e.g., edits, copies, and engagement metrics) alongside semantic and PostgreSQL-based text search to improve relevance and ranking across multiple features. * Build your coworker: build an in-house prompt system that can use production signals or human labels to constantly and iteratively refine and improve prompts and output * Build and open source a benchmark for evaluating LLM output on investment research specific tasks * Build an agentic entity deduping system that uses signals from within the app and valuable external data sources / google to clean up the last mile of great STT output: entity resolution * Build a knowledge graph custom to every research sprint that begins as highly unstructured interview data and leverages agentic infrastructure to pull in data where necessary and constantly rebalance the graph and the derived output. 🔥 ABOUT YOU We're looking for product-minded ML engineers who: * Based in NYC * Are opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions * Have strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role * Are able to break down AI/ML problems for a non-technical audience clearly and succinctly, and translate their suggestions into testable experiments. * Have experience building LLM systems from the ground up in a product-focused organization, and can help drive everything from data gathering / logging → prompt optimizing * Have a strong bias to action, highly organised and experienced working with senior stakeholders to deliver large projects end to end * Excited to build a team 🌵 BENEFITS All the usual benefits (competitive pay and equity, private healthcare etc).
