You will work closely with HR, managers, and employees throughout the organization to map, analyze, and structure all functions within the company Your Responsibilities Conduct interviews with managers and employees to understand current roles and responsibilities. * Analyze existing job descriptions and organizational structures. * Create and document job profiles and competency frameworks. * Develop job families, career paths, and job levels. * Support the standardization and maintenance of job descriptions. * Benchmark roles against market standards and HR best practices. * Present recommendations to management and HR stakeholders. * Contribute to talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. What We Are Looking For * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Sciences, or a related field. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus. * Comfortable interviewing stakeholders at different organizational levels. * Proactive, independent, and eager to learn. * Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint). Position Description Title: Human Resources Intern Department: Human Resources Reports to: Senior Human Resources Manager Status: Non-Exempt Hourly (Part-time) Position Purpose: The Human Resources Intern will support a variety of HR functions with a focus on employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and employee experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace environment Principle Accountabilities * Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions * Update employee records in Dayforce, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality * Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations * Assist with maintaining personnel files and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements * Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities and internal events * Generate HR reports and assist with data analysis * Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience * Provide general administrative support to the HR team * Related tasks as requested by manager Essential Skills and Experience * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field * Strong interest in HR operations, employee relations, and compliance * Must display discretion to sensitive data * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * High attention to detail with ability to handle confidential information * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Prior administrative or internship experience preferred * Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
