WHY DEPT®? We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA. We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter. At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build. THE ROLE DEPT® is seeking an Architect, MarTech to lead within our MarTech practice in North America. You bring senior B2B marketing leadership together with Adobe MarTech fluency — owning how B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, and lifecycle programs are designed and operated on the Adobe stack, and translating client marketing objectives into executable MarTech programs. You are equally comfortable setting B2B marketing strategy and directing the teams who build the journeys, campaigns, and lead flows that bring it to life. You partner with our Data team (customer data and identity), our Analytics team (measurement and attribution), and our Adobe strategy architects to ensure B2B marketing outcomes are real and measurable. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead B2B Marketing Strategy on Adobe: Own the design of B2B demand-generation, account-based marketing, and lifecycle programs, and their implementation across the Adobe MarTech stack. * Direct MarTech Execution: Guide the build and operation of journeys, campaigns, and lead flows, in partnership with the MarTech and Data engineers who configure them. * Advise Clients: Serve as the senior B2B marketing voice to client marketing leadership; translate business goals into MarTech roadmaps and prove outcomes. * Partner Across Disciplines: Work with data (identity and CDP), analytics (attribution and measurement), and solution architecture to keep programs coherent end to end. * Develop the Team: Mentor MarTech practitioners and set the quality bar for B2B marketing delivery. WHAT YOU BRING * B2B Marketing Leadership: 8+ years of experience leading enterprise B2B marketing — demand generation, account-based marketing, and lifecycle — in an agency or consulting, context. * Adobe MarTech Fluency: Working command of the Adobe activation stack required — Marketo Engage, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Campaign — and how they consume audiences from Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP and report through Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). * Executive Communication: Comfortable advising client marketing leadership and translating strategy into operational MarTech programs. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience coordinating marketing strategy with data, analytics, and engineering execution across teams. Work Environment: Remote position - TRAVEL EXPECTED WHAT DO WE OFFER? * We are a collaborative, open-door, best-idea-wins environment that fosters personal and company growth and has fun doing it.
