Role Mission
CUBE's Enterprise & Growth Sales Director is a senior commercial leader accountable for new revenue and expansion across two
distinct but connected segments. You will own named enterprise accounts at significant ACV, while simultaneously building and
proving a higher-velocity motion for the growth tier — mid-sized financial institutions, insurers, and corporates that buy
differently from the top tier but represent a substantial and underpenetrated opportunity.
This is a player role built for someone who can operate at the executive level with the world's largest financial institutions and
equally construct a scalable, efficient motion for a broader set of buyers. You will work closely with Solutions Engineering,
Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to shape how CUBE goes to market globally.

In this role you will lead Solana Foundation's engagement strategy by fostering deep relationships with regulators, senior stakeholders at banks, and financial institutions. You will also support Web3 builders and enterprise partners. This role requires a self-motivated leader who can work closely with our local Superteams to accelerate Solana’s growth in the region. TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE You will: * Define and execute Solana’s BD strategy for Institutions in China, aligned with global priorities. * Build and maintain deep relationships with senior executives at banks, traditional finance institutions, regulators, and large payment companies. * Support the local Superteams and ecosystem partners to build and scale impactful projects on Solana. * Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams on tokenization, stablecoins, and institutional adoption initiatives. * Represent the Solana Foundation externally at industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums in China You ideally have: * 7–12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy within fintech, enterprise, financial services, or blockchain. * Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders at financial institutions and regulators. * An established executive-level network across China in the finance, government, and technology verticals * Fluency in English; business proficiency in a Mandarin Chinese. * A strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and regulatory dynamics in China. * Comfort driving initiatives independently while collaborating with global teams.
