About the Role
Get-e is scaling quickly, and we're looking for driven, adaptable team players to grow with us. As a Global Hotel Operations
Specialist, you'll sit at the core of our 24/7 international service team, managing hotel accommodation bookings for airline crews
and clients across the world. You'll work directly with hotel suppliers and PMS/booking systems to secure availability, resolve
allotment and rate issues, and keep crew accommodation running without disruption in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

As a Global Operations Specialist, you’ll work at the core of our 24/7 international service team, supporting B2B customers and transport partners across the world. You’ll help keep operations running smoothly, deliver exceptional service, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment. YOUR PROFILE What You'll Do * Support customers and transport suppliers across the globe. * Perform quality checks and assess booking details. * Communicate in a professional and empathetic manner via various channels. * Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements. * Collaborate with international teammates in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring * Fluent English speaker; additional languages are a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Comfortable with rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends). * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent Dutch HBO-level thinking/working). * Team spirit and a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Who You Are: * You bring solid experience in hospitality operations (4*/5* lifestyle brands or similar), across departments such as Front Office, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Marketing & Events, or Membership. * You have experience delivering and/or facilitating training programs, ideally including onboarding. * You’re a natural facilitator with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create impactful learning experiences. * You combine strong interpersonal skills with a coaching mindset—you listen, observe, challenge, and support growth. * You’re highly organized and comfortable coordinating multiple learning initiatives and stakeholders.
