THE OPPORTUNITY As part of our Enterprise Professional Services organization, you'll join a customer project team that delivers a comprehensive digital twin of our customers’ globally distributed factory network. For a leading global Oil & Gas company, we are 3D scanning refineries across the US, Europe, and Asia, covering a footprint of more than 80 million square meters, one of the largest reality capture projects in the industry. As a 3D data admin, you will manage, control, and deliver 3D data for the end customer's facilities as part of a team that owns quality assurance and data delivery. You will gain hands-on insight into executing a large-scale customer project, working closely with our project managers and 3D scanning partners, and play a key role in its success. This role suits someone with strong interest in spatial technology and 3D data management who takes ownership in a customer-centric, fast-paced global environment. WORKING HOURS This role operates on a late-shift schedule (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CEST) to support our globally distributed project teams across the US and Canada (fixed-term contract, 17 months). HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT * You will become a subject matter expert on our NavVis IVION SaaS and will work on setting up, fine-tuning, and managing our customer solution * After a structured onboarding, you'll work with diverse spatial data including 3D scans, point clouds, floor plans, panoramic images, and 3D models * As 3D Data Admin for one of the customer's global production sites, you'll manage all incoming 3D data, owning processing, quality assurance, spatial data setup, and data delivery * You will also interact with multiple interfaces: * Reality Capture Service Provider: receive data, check and approve data quality, communicate/manage data re-work * Project Manager: track progress of incoming raw data, share quality control results and report final data delivery * End Customer: report quality control as well as the data delivery progress WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE * You are excited about working with large-scale spatial data (3D scan data, point clouds, 360 panorama images, 3D building models) and enjoy a global work environment * You have a degree in Geovisualization, Geomatics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Surveying Civil Engineering or a similar field of study * Knowledge of geographic coordinate systems and a good spatial awareness * Your persistence and diligence will help deliver a high-quality 3D solution to our customer * Eagerness to deliver high-quality results to our large Enterprise clients * Your proactiveness will help you to keep all your relevant stakeholders informed and escalate issues quickly * Your organized, structured and reliable way of working will help you to manage your own tasks and time independently * Ability to communicate efficiently in business English, and ensure seamless collaboration with both external subcontractors and project managers alike HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH Your recruiting partner for this role is Lenka (she/her). For more information visit www.pxlimited.com The Northampton fuel terminal is connected to the UK Oil Pipeline enabling deliveries of gasoline and distillate products from both the Thames in the south and Stanlow in the North West refineries, via a spur line. The terminal has five operating loading bays, with facilities for loading gasoline, super unleaded, diesel, and interface. The terminal has eight main storage tanks holding a total of 28,000 m3 of fuel products. Ethanol is imported via road tanker and discharged into storage tanks for blending into gasoline fuel. The Northampton terminal is a Lower Tier COMAH site and the site operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The Opportunity We are now recruiting for an Shift Operator to join Northampton Fuel Terminal. The Shift Operator is responsible for supporting the Shift Supervisory Team in the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the terminal during shift hours. This includes monitoring and controlling product movements, supervising the loading systems/process, conducting routine inspections, and responding to operational or safety issues. The role requires strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards, as well as effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure continuous and reliable terminal operations.
