PEOPLE PARTNER (JAPAN, APAC, AND GLOBAL) We’re looking for an experienced, strategic People Partner (Human Resources Business Partner) to support our Japan, APAC, and global teams. Joining the People Team, you will deliver strategic partnership with leadership in order to create and execute on people strategies that accelerate business objectives, and enable our teams to operate effectively with minimal friction. You will balance local expertise across Japan and the broader APAC region with a global mindset, ensuring our talent strategies are deeply integrated into the fabric of the global business. This role is based in our Tokyo office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Thursday and one additional day of choice, which may be determined by your team.
