Nethermind builds and secures core Ethereum infrastructure. We develop the Nethermind execution client, contribute to network
upgrades, and deliver protocol-level work across rollups, zero-knowledge systems, and cross-chain architecture. Our security team
audits smart contracts, ZK circuits, and off-chain components, with formal verification capabilities for critical systems.
We maintain deep expertise across the full stack—from client optimization to open-source tooling—backed by continuous
contributions to Ethereum's evolution. As blockchain intersects with AI, we're developing hardware that anchors digital identity
in verifiable biometrics with cryptographic privacy guarantees
We're looking for a seasoned IT leader to take ownership of Nethermind's entire Internal IT Department: spanning Platform
Engineering, Infrastructure Security, IAM, and FinOps.
This role owns the internal/corporate technology estate that the whole company runs on: developer platform, identity, security
posture, and infrastructure spend. It sits alongside (and is distinct from) our client-facing blockchain infrastructure
operations, though you'll partner closely with those teams.
You'll report directly to the CIO and serve as the central point of coordination for everything internal infrastructure. This is a
hands-on leadership role: you'll manage people, drive strategy, break down silos between DevOps and the wider organisation, and be
the go-to person for C-level and group leads on infrastructure matters. If you thrive at the intersection of people management,
technical excellence, and cross-functional communication and you're excited about shaping how a 50+ country, fully remote Web3
company operates - we'd love to hear from you.

FRONTEND SOFTWARE ENGINEER Join Our Team as a Front-end Engineer at Hawk-Eye Innovations Hi, I’m Steve Hardingson, Director of the Video and Graphics Value Stream at Hawk-Eye Innovations. We're on a mission to revolutionise sports technology, delivering real-time ball, player, and skeletal tracking solutions that power everything from automated officiating to cutting-edge broadcast graphics and fan engagement. Our team sits at the intersection of live sports video and data visualization. We build the high-performance UI experiences that take complex tracking data and render it beautifully into real-time graphical overlays, interactive web feeds, and broadcast tools. We’re looking for a competent, autonomous Level 3 Frontend Engineer who can own features from end to end, deliver highly responsive graphic UIs, and bring strong technical execution to the team. What Your Day Will Look Like As a Mid-Weight Level 3 Frontend Engineer, you will be a core engine of our delivery pipeline, working with high autonomy to turn broadcast and graphical requirements into robust interfaces. Here’s what a typical week might involve: * Producing code to a high standard that not only functions correctly but is built to be easily understood, scalable, and extended by other members of the team. * Owning feature development for web-based graphics tools, broadcast control panels, and interactive overlays, ensuring elements render with low latency. * Managing code releases safely across all of our environments, including Dev, Test, Staging, and Production. * Using APIs efficiently to GET and POST complex tracking data structures, optimizing frontend performance so animations stay perfectly synced with live video streams. * Showing excellent attention to detail in the final product, taking deep care and pride in visual layouts, rendering performance, and user experience—and ensuring others do the same. * Sharing ideas and techniques across the development team, contributing to engineering discussions regarding web performance and modern styling. * Identifying and calling out technical dependencies within your project tasks to keep broadcast delivery timelines on track. What We Value At Hawk-Eye, our culture is built on openness, collaboration, and technical excellence. Here’s what we value in our Level 3 team members: * Autonomy & Accountability – We trust you to pick up complex visual and technical tasks, handle them efficiently, and own the quality of your output. * Pragmatism & Pride in Craft – Grounding your work in real-world application while maintaining an incredibly high bar for UI performance and pixel-perfect execution. * Continuous Growth – Constantly refining your expertise in modern web performance, UI responsiveness, and live-data synchronization. Tech Stack and Skill Requirements As a Level 3 Engineer, you should have a solid, proven track record of building engaging, performance-driven UI experiences using: * TypeScript & React (Strong, independent competency) * Node.js * HTML5, CSS3, and modern Responsive Web Architecture (experience with CSS transitions, animations, canvas, or SVG layout is a major plus) * Deep understanding of web performance, browser vitals, and rendering optimization for smooth visual displays * Advanced JSON data structures & clean API integration workflows * Cypress (Proven experience with front-end testing and test-driven mentalities) * NPM dependency management * GIT usage and modern, collaborative code management workflows * JIRA usage for tracking and managing your sprint tasks and tickets Ready to Make an Impact? If you’re excited about working with elite engineers, owning complex UI features, and seeing your work power graphics for some of the world’s biggest sporting events, then we’d love to meet you. Here at Hawk-Eye, you won’t just be building interfaces—you’ll be helping define the future of sports technology. Apply now and join us in shaping the next era of officiating, broadcast, and fan experience.
An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > Read up on our $100m Series C Learn more about our culture > WHAT TEAM WILL YOU BE JOINING? Primer's power grows every time a new partner plugs in — and we make that possible at scale! In the Partners team we build the platform that enables third parties to unlock Primer's unified payments infrastructure and use it as a foundation for their own growth. We're building the app store for payments: a scalable, flexible ecosystem where partners can discover, integrate, and distribute through Primer. This team covers: Partner Dashboard, Partner Integration Ownership & Management, Marketplace, Documentation & Samples, Payment & Workflow Integrations, and the underlying integration framework (Nexus) that powers everything under the hood. Partners is made up of two sub-teams: Partner Experience, focused on the tools and interfaces that make Primer an attractive and easy platform for third parties to build on; and Integrations Core, focused on the technical frameworks that make integrations scalable, consistent, and maintainable. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? * Setting and driving the technical strategy across the Partners engineering teams, from architecture decisions through to hands-on implementation * Owning the design of core backend services for high-performance distributed systems, with scale and reliability as non-negotiables * Acting as the technical authority on partner integrations — shaping how third-party PSPs connect with Primer's platform and raising the bar on what "seamless" actually means * Leading and influencing engineers across teams without direct authority — through code, design reviews, and technical mentorship * Spotting and resolving cross-team technical dependencies before they become blockers * Driving adoption of modern engineering practices (BDD, TDD, rigorous documentation) and holding the line on quality * Partnering closely with Product to shape roadmap decisions where the technical constraints or opportunities are material WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Demonstrable experience operating at staff or principal level — setting technical direction across multiple teams, not just within one * Deep backend engineering expertise, with a track record of designing and building distributed systems at scale * The kind of judgment that earns trust fast — engineers follow your technical lead because you're right, not because of your title * Experience with Python is a strong advantage; we're less concerned about specific languages than we are about depth of backend systems thinking * Solid understanding of payments infrastructure or developer platform engineering — you know what it takes to build for third-party integrators * Strong written and verbal communication; you can make complex technical decisions legible to non-technical stakeholders ✅ A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS * An initial intro call with a Talent Partner * An interview with the Hiring Manager * Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role * A final, values-alignment interview WHAT'S THE CULTURE LIKE AT PRIMER? We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have. We invest in our relationships through great remote working practices and thoughtfully designed face-to-face time, including workations, our annual company retreat, and access to co-working spaces across most major cities. The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle. At Primer, the right challenge comes with the right support: strong onboarding, a collaborative environment, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. It's never something you face alone. OUR BENEFITS 🌍 We are fully remote and globally distributed; and have been since day one 💰 Competitive share options 🌴 Uncapped holiday, with 25 days minimum to be taken 🗣️ Co-working space access across major cities 📅 Workations & Company Retreat 💻 The best equipment for your role 🏠 £500 towards your home office setup 🔎 Generous learning budget 🏥 Private Medical Insurance 📈 A broad set of additional perks and benefits (depending on location) DON’T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT?
