Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements. * Conduct deep-dive “As-Is" analysis to design optimized “To-Be" states, ensuring processes are not just automated, but architected for peak efficiency. * Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and partner on Solution Designs (SDDs) to ensure absolute logic clarity and traceability. * Perform hands-on gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation to ensure alignment between business intent and technical output. * Advise clients on shaping long-term automation roadmaps, evolving from tactical delivery to high-level AI and automation strategy. * Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including IDP, and Process Mining, to move clients toward autonomous, agentic ecosystems.
