The Product Support Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Product Support Specialists in Hyderabad. You will
collaborate closely with the Hyderabad Site Lead, regional Heads of Support, and User Operations leadership to ensure cohesive
product support operations across the global team. This role will surface customer and product usage trends, drive resolution for
executive-level product escalations, and continuously improve global support and escalation processes. The successful candidate
should bring deep expertise in product support and escalation management, including experience driving process improvements and
collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
They will also have strong experience managing a high-performing team of product support specialists across multiple levels,
ensuring timely issue resolution, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience.

With recent investment we're now on a mission to build a new range of digital products and services that will make moving money Internationally for Real Estate purchases even easier. We're on a mission to become the solution for Real Estate payments everywhere. To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0. As part of this mission, we're thrilled to announce we are open a new office in Hyderabad! We're recruiting for several Engineering roles covering front end (React.js) features. About the Role 1. Our Operations teams such as Payment Ops, Compliance Ops, Customer Ops & treasury Ops have multiple portals and we want to unify all of them. There is no dedicated product owner for stakeholder intake. 2. Similarly the Client operations does not have a dedicated product support to capture and identify the issues, prioritize them. Currently the platform roadmap is managed informally across multiple teams without clear ownership. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform to fill this critical gap. This person will be the strategic partner to SRE, Operations and Core Platform Engineering, ensuring the platform runs reliably, the right work gets prioritized, and business stakeholders have a clear intake path. What You Will Do - Build a new Admin Tool bringing multiple operations groups together. - Own Site and Platform Reliability Goals * Define and maintain SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators) for all customer-critical flows. * Stakeholder management - work with various stakeholders within operations and client facing teams, understand their priorities and needs. * Translate product expectations into measurable reliability targets that SRE can engineer to. * Identify and prioritise Top Flows — the highest-impact user journeys — and ensure they are monitored and protected. * Lead quarterly reliability reviews with engineering and business stakeholders. - Run the Business Well * Own "Keep Lights On" accountability — ensuring operational continuity across Pay Ops, Customer Ops, and Compliance Ops. * Prioritise the work on the roadmap, making trade-offs explicit and visible - all by using data. * Track live operational health metrics and escalate risks proactively to engineering and business leadership. * Coordinate incident response communications across stakeholders when SLA thresholds are at risk. - Manage Intake from Business Teams * Serve as the single point of coordination for platform requests from Pay Ops, Customer Ops, and Compliance Ops. * Run a structured intake process — triage, size, prioritize, and schedule work transparently. * Reduce ad-hoc requests and unplanned interruptions to SRE engineering capacity. * Maintain a visible backlog that business stakeholders can track and trust. - Define Product Requirements for Core Platform Engineering team * Author clear functional and non-functional requirements for platform features and infrastructure investments. * Partner with Core Platform Engineering to ensure requirements are feasible, scoped, and well-accepted. * Define and track success metrics for platform feature launches. * Build and maintain a product roadmap that aligns platform investment with business priorities. - Govern Production Data & Change Control * Own the end-to-end process for authorizing access to production data and approving production changes. * Balance operational agility with compliance and risk requirements. * Work with Compliance Ops to ensure change control processes meet regulatory requirements. * Maintain audit trails and documentation for production change approvals. What You Bring Required * 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years in a platform, infrastructure, or operational tools context. * Strong understanding of how operational processes and tools work, understanding various operational workflows. * Strong understanding of SRE principles: SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, and on-call operations. * Proven ability to translate technical complexity into clear business requirements and executive communications. * Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments. * Demonstrated ability to build and manage a prioritized product backlog under competing demands. Preferred * Background in fintech, payments, or other high-availability, high-compliance environments. * Experience running incident retrospectives and problem management processes. * MBA or engineering degree — or equivalent hands-on experience.
