Du sørger for at kundene våre får en sømløs, profesjonell og minneverdig opplevelse, hver eneste gang. Dette er en rolle for deg som elsker mennesker, tempo og ansvar. Du har full oversikt over logistikk, bilflåte, salg og nøkkeltall, samtidig som du inspirerer teamet ditt til å levere på topp, også når pulsen er høy. Rollen passer spesielt godt for deg som allerede har erfaring fra service, salg eller drift og som ønsker mer ansvar og ledelse. Du er til stede. Du leder. Du leverer. Slik skaper du magi i hverdagen • Levere eksepsjonell kundeservice - alltid • Presentere og selge våre produkter på en god, trygg og elegant måte • Håndtere kundehenvendelser via telefon og e-post med presisjon og service i fokus • Er en tydelig rollemodell på service, salg og etterlevelse. • Optimalisere daglige reservasjoner opp mot tilgjengelig bilflåte • Følge opp nøkkeltall og være stasjonsleders stedfortreder i det daglige • Motivere, coache og utvikle medarbeidere • Rapportering og øvrige administrative oppgaver • Operativ ledelse i høyt tempo. Du: • Har minimum førerkort klasse B (manuell og automat) • Har plettfri vandel (politiattest) • Er serviceinnstilt, trygg i møte med mennesker og sterk relasjonsbygger • Har gode salgsferdigheter og kommersiell forståelse • Er strukturert og trives med logistikk i en dynamisk hverdag • Har lederegenskaper, integritet og gjennomslagskraft • Behersker norsk og engelsk flytende, muntlig og skriftlig • Har gode data-kunnskaper Hva får du hos oss?
