Be part of the movement - and play your part.    About the role   Working Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, you’ll support the daily coordination of import deliveries and transport operations. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, overseas offices, and customers to ensure shipments move smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for: * Planning and coordinating import deliveries * Checking and confirming customs clearance status * Liaising with internal teams, external partners, and overseas offices * Monitoring shipments and resolving operational issues * Updating systems and maintaining accurate records * Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of transport operations * Contributing to high service levels and timely deliveries About you  You’ll have experience in logistics or shipping, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A basic understanding of customs processes and knowledge of UK and European geography would be beneficial. You’ll thrive in this role if you’re a team player with a positive, can‑do attitude, who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. You’ll be organised, proactive, and keen to develop your skills within a supportive logistics environment. Full training will be provided to help you succeed. You will be responsible for: * Completing customs declarations accurately and in line with regulations * Liaising with customers to gather information and resolve customs queries * Working with internal systems and structured processes to manage declarations * Ensuring documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted on time * Managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment * Supporting the team to maintain high service and compliance standards * Contributing to continuous improvement across customs processes About you  You’ll bring a strong clerical or administrative background, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You’ll be organised, methodical, and comfortable working with structured processes and compliance driven tasks.
