Campus Communications Manager will be AMBOSS's feet on the ground in India, owning the regional strategy end-to-end: identifying
which institutions to prioritise, building relationships with students and medical student societies and key opinion leaders,
designing and executing on-campus/ off-campus events, and sharing market knowledge back to the larger team.
They will work alongside the existing India team to grow AMBOSS's presence across the country. This role should excite candidates

ABOUT THE ROLE Observe, now part of Snowflake, is looking for an Enablement & Go-to-Market Program Manager to build, scale, and continuously improve the programs that enable our Go-to-Market organization to succeed. This is a highly cross-functional program management role focused on designing and operating onboarding and enablement programs—not delivering sales training or coaching. You'll own the operational backbone of our enablement strategy, ensuring every new hire has a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience while driving continuous learning programs that support long-term seller productivity. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and subject matter experts to coordinate onboarding boot camps, manage enablement programs, maintain learning assets, and measure program effectiveness. You'll serve as the connective tissue across teams—bringing structure, organization, and operational excellence to every enablement initiative. Success in this role requires exceptional program management skills, strong executive communication, and a deep understanding of enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate enjoys building scalable processes, influencing without authority, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and using data and feedback to continuously improve programs. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the operational execution of Go-to-Market onboarding and enablement programs from planning through delivery. * Manage quarterly onboarding schedules, boot camps, and learning calendars across the GTM organization. * Coordinate cross-functional subject matter experts to deliver onboarding sessions and enablement initiatives. * Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, agendas, documentation, and operational playbooks. * Ensure enablement materials, learning paths, and content libraries remain organized, current, and accessible. * Coordinate logistics for onboarding events, including communications, scheduling, travel, and participant readiness. * Partner with GTM leadership to identify onboarding priorities and continuously improve learning experiences. * Establish feedback loops with managers and new hires to identify knowledge gaps and recommend program enhancements. * Track onboarding effectiveness through key performance indicators, readiness milestones, and 30/60/90-day success metrics. * Present program outcomes, recommendations, and operational updates to leadership. * Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards for execution and stakeholder communication. * Drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence across enablement programs. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce operational friction, and increase program effectiveness. * Build strong partnerships across Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and other GTM functions. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS * 3+ years of experience in Sales Program/Project Management, Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Go-to-Market Operations. * Experience managing cross-functional programs from planning through execution. * Experience supporting enterprise software or SaaS sales organizations. * Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence interacting across all levels of the organization. * Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and driving projects forward without direct authority. * Demonstrated ability to use data, metrics, and feedback to improve programs and business outcomes. * Familiarity with modern enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or Challenger. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in Sales Enablement, Customer Enablement, Learning & Development, or Revenue Enablement. * Former Account Executive or Sales Engineer who transitioned into program management or enablement. * Experience supporting onboarding programs within a high-growth SaaS organization. * Experience managing learning content libraries, onboarding curricula, or enablement platforms. * Knowledge of enterprise sales processes and go-to-market motions. * Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. * Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies. YOUR MISSION As a Senior EMC, HIRF & Lightning Protection Engineer (all genders) you will help us design and develop the aircraft and its installed systems. As an all-electric aircraft, this may entail new and novel approaches to meeting the EMC, HIRF and Lightning protection goals, in some cases requiring an innovative approach to systems design. This will be a broad role covering design support, analysis, test and compliance finding. In this role, you will provide specialist support to all other engineering groups including systems and structures. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Proactively lead and execute technical tasks related to EMC, HIRF & Lightning protection for the Microliner development and certification, from capturing technical requirements to demonstrating compliance. * Contribute significantly to the definition, architecture, sizing, specification, and development of the overall electrical system with respect to meeting the EMC, HIRF and Lightning protection goals. * Support high and low voltage electrics and avionics safety analysis and conduct system engineering tasks. * Support the installation and integration of entire electrical/electronic systems on an aircraft level. * Develop mitigation strategies for system noise and coupling issues, including shielding, grounding, and filtering solutions. * Lead efforts to analyse and design system protection against high-intensity radiated fields (HIRF). * Coordinate HIRF immunity tests with external labs and certification bodies. * Develop strategies for direct and indirect lightning protection for airframe, electrical wiring, and electronic equipment. * Plan, execute, and document EMC, HIRF, and lightning tests in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. * Diagnose and resolve electromagnetic interference issues observed during development or testing. YOUR PROFILE * Engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent (Electrical/Electronics). * Minimum 8 years experience with HIRF, EMC and lightning protection (indirect effects). * Experience with the full development lifecycle from conceptual design through to certification (EASA/FAA Part 23 or 25). * Experience working in an EASA Part 21J Design Organization, or international equivalent. * Knowledge of systems & safety engineering principles for safety critical systems (SAE ARP 4754/4761). * Working experience with relevant industry standards, such as DO-160G, MIL-STD-461, ARP5414/ARP5415, and other applicable standards. * Working knowledge with direct effects of lightning protection and certification is a plus. * Experience with electric propulsion systems or high-voltage aerospace architectures is a plus. * Proficiency coordinating activities of engineers internally and in partner supplier companies. * Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, other language would be a plus. * Positive thinking, “Can do” attitude and working nature characterized by self-initiative, solution orientation, eagerness to learn, grow and apply new skills. * Passioned about aviation and electrification of aviation industry.
