Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external
studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher
engagement on our existing and successful games.
Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games, while embracing
exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient
hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.
Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking one of
our best hits, Flappy Dunk, to a new level.
As a Game Lead, you will be the owner of your game and team. Your mission will be to define the right direction, build the team,
and drive execution with speed, focus and ambition.
During the first 6 months, your main focus will be on improving the core gameplay: making the game more satisfying, juicy,
exciting and fun to play, before scaling the rest of the product.

Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits (either Flappy Dunk or Woodturning) to a new level. You will be one of the first members in a team of six and you will participate in every aspect of development, from ideation to testing the casual games in the market. ROLE * Build your team and ensure that your team reaches their goals * Lead, inspire and motivate the teams working on the games, and maintain enthusiasm for the project * Improve continuously the internal process of game creation * Push updates with gameplay, meta-features and monetisation AB tests at a high pace * Follow and improve Voodoo’s management guidelines and onboarding processes * Manage your team’s HR in order to keep only A players and help them to grow * Share your knowledge company-wide and help others grow their skills * Monitor and improve game metrics * Be involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, game design, technical PROFILE * Strong analytical skills and are detail and data-oriented * Passion for mobile games * Excellent communication, organization, execution skills * Good game UX knowledge, * Mobile F2P market experiences, track record with a successful mobile game * Speak and write English * Understanding of game design BENEFITS * Best in Class compensation * Other benefits according to the country you reside.

You will: * Build and lead your own small team, starting with around 4 people * Set clear goals and make sure the team reaches them * Lead, inspire and motivate the people working on the game * Focus first on improving core gameplay, game feel, pacing and player satisfaction * Identify what makes the game fun today and what could make it much stronger tomorrow * Monitor and improve key game metrics such as retention, playtime, engagement and monetization * Be involved and hands-on across all aspects of game development: game design, level design, UI/UX, tech, art and product decisions * Continuously improve the internal process of game creation and iteration * Manage your team’s performance and growth, keeping a high talent bar and helping strong people develop PROFILE * 4 to 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry (Development, Product, Design, Art etc.) * Mobile F2P market experiences (in Design ideally), track record with a successful mobile game * A passion for mobile games and a strong understanding of core gameplay, game feel, player experience and iteration * A proactive, ownership-driven mindset * Strong leadership potential or previous team leadership experience * A data-driven approach to decision-making * The ability to move fast, test ideas, learn from results and iterate quickly * Strong English communication skills and the ability to align different crafts around a clear direction BENEFITS * Best in Class compensation * Other benefits according to the country you reside.

TEAM We are looking for an Animator / Technical Artist with strong Unity experience to help make Helix Jump feel more satisfying, polished, and modern. Your mission will be to improve the game’s visual feedback, animations, VFX, transitions, impact moments, rhythm, and overall game feel, while keeping everything lightweight and optimized for mobile. You will: * Create polished, satisfying, and lightweight animations, VFX, trails, transitions, and feedback effects * Improve impact moments, destruction, combo, speed, rhythm, and momentum-based feedback * Work directly in Unity to implement and iterate on animations and effects * Collaborate closely with developers to ensure everything looks good while staying optimized * Improve readability, timing, tactile satisfaction, and overall game feel * Optimize effects for mobile performance, including draw calls, overdraw, particle count, materials, batching, texture sizes, and GPU cost * Iterate quickly based on product direction, player behavior, and A/B test learnings * Contribute ideas to improve the game’s visual quality and player experience PROFILE You have: * Strong experience as an Animator or Technical VFX Artist on mobile games * Strong hands-on experience with Unity & Blender * Good understanding of Unity animation systems and particle systems * Strong eye for game feel, timing, rhythm, readability, polish, and tactile satisfaction * Experience creating effects for fast-paced gameplay, impact, destruction, combo, speed, rhythm, or momentum-based mechanics * Strong performance-conscious mindset for mobile games * Ability to balance creativity, quality, and speed * Good communication skills in English Nice to have: * Shader knowledge * Tween system knowledge * 3D modeling skills * Experience improving an existing live game * Experience working in small, autonomous teams We value people who are passionate about games and player experience, proactive, resourceful, self-disciplined, open to feedback, and motivated by measurable product impact.
