Position Overview
As a Senior/Staff Silicon Physical Design Engineer at Axelera AI, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge
multi-core in-memory compute SoCs. Leveraging your expertise in ASIC Physical Design from RTL to GDS, you will be responsible for
all aspects, including synthesis, floorplanning, place and route, extraction, timing analysis, physical verification, EMIR
signoff, and formal verification. You will collaborate closely with architecture and RTL teams to ensure successful project

As a key member of our marketing team, you will work closely with content creators, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor campaign performance to optimize future strategies. YOUR MISSION We are seeking an experienced Senior Expert in Preowned Jewellery (Branded and Unbranded) to support our team of experts and jewellery sellers in Italy, contributing to the growth of Catawiki’s Jewellery auctions. WHAT YOU’LL DO * As a Catawiki expert, you will use your specialist knowledge, to be responsible for creating attractive auctions by evaluating and arranging lots submitted by our sellers. * Balanced with your knowledge and experience of the trade, you will review the lot titles, descriptions, pictures, and provide users with an estimated and realistic value based on this information. * One of our main focuses is to keep user transactions as transparent and fair as possible, and your expertise and experience play a large part in maintaining this standard. We pride ourselves on being a unique, interactive platform so a professional, polite and courteous approach with our sellers is an absolutely essential attribute. Your efforts result in exceptional auctions that bidders will find irresistible. * To keep your own auctions attracting bidders, you will be regularly working with our sales department, to recruit and develop new sellers and diversify the selection of lots offered in your auctions. * Finally, you’ll also be working together with our marketing department to generate an increase of potential bidder attention at your auction. WHAT YOU'LL BRING * A Gemmology Diploma from one of the schools recognised by the FEEG or GIA; * 5–10 years’ experience in the jewellery, diamonds or precious stones trade with knowledge of the market and the ability to perform gemmological and authentication tests; * Project management capabilities, with proven experience partnering closely with other cross-functional teams to drive complex initiatives; * Good grasp of market prices and understanding of jewellery second-hand market and B2B and B2C jewellery market dynamics; * Experience in appraising and assessing jewellery; * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; * Extensive trade knowledge with a network of potential sellers and experts in your field; * A real team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills; * Proficiency in computer tools used for data analysis, reporting and presentations For example Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides; * The diplomatic competence needed to act as a mediator in disputes between users; * Fluent English language skills; Italian is a plus. About the Senior Golang Engineer role As a Senior Engineer at Nearform your main task will be designing & building applications using Golang. What we are looking for in this person: * Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level. Our Seniors typically have at least 6 years’ commercial experience. * Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment. * Practical experience and knowledge of developing real-world solutions. * Deep knowledge and experience with Golang. * Experience with Next.js * Strong AI in SDLC skills * Deep understanding of versioning control tools - e.g. Git. * Testing experience and familiarity with testing tools at all levels, unit, integration and end to end testing. * Practical and real world experience working with databases and cloud environments. * Experience with automation, CI and CD. * Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Professional proficiency in English.
