From the backend architecture to the frontlines of decision-making, you’ll be steering the data strategy that powers everything from product launches to operational excellence. Your Role: As a Data Team Lead, you’ll lead the charge in turning data into one of BURGA’s powerful assets. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing our data vision, managing a team of analysts and engineers, and building the infrastructure that fuels business decisions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Define BURGA's long-term data vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall objectives. - Recruit, develop, and lead a team of data analysts and engineers, ensuring effective performance and professional growth. - Oversee the development of data infrastructure, including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ETL/ELT processes. - Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, security, and easy accessibility for all relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with various departments (marketing, product, operations) to provide them with necessary analytical insights and recommendations for decision-making. - Educate and inspire employees across the organization to use data in their daily work by organizing training and sharing success stories. - Redesign reports to improve accuracy, usability, and strategic value. - Enable data-driven decisions to reduce costs and improve operations. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or data engineering. - 2+ years of experience leading a team of data specialists. - The ability to build, motivate, and develop a team of high-performing data specialists. - Proven success working with large-scale datasets, preferably in the e-commerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sector. - Practical experience in creating and implementing data strategies that have had a direct positive impact on business results. - Experience working with various stakeholders (management, marketing, sales, product development) and translating their needs into technical tasks for the data team. - Deep knowledge and practical experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar. - Excellent SQL skills are mandatory. Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling is a significant advantage. - Experience with data-related services on AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure. - Understanding of the data structures and APIs of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business challenges and propose data-driven solutions. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited. Your Role: As a Customer Support Team Lead, you'll drive both operational excellence and continuous improvement across our customer support function. You'll lead a team of Customer Support Specialists, own their performance and development, and use data to uncover the root causes of customer friction. Working cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Fulfillment, and Product, you'll turn insights into scalable solutions, lead high-impact projects from idea to execution, and ensure every customer interaction reflects the exceptional experience BURGA is known for. WHAT YOU'LL DO -Analyze customer support data to identify root causes of customer friction. -Design and implement process improvements across Customer Support and other teams. -Lead Customer Support projects from planning to implementation and impact measurement. -Own and drive your team's KPIs, including CSAT, QA, and operational efficiency. -Manage, coach, and develop a team of Customer Support Agents. -Present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -1–2 years of experience in a management or team leadership role. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Proven people management and coaching experience. -Experience leading projects from idea to implementation. -Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian. -Proactive, hands-on mindset with a bias toward action. SALARY: 2300 - 2500EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
