Vi søker en tydelig og engasjert HSE rådgiver for produksjonsmiljøene i divisjon Defence Systems, som vil spille en sentral rolle i å støtte og videreutvikle divisjonens HSE-arbeid med særlig fokus på produksjonsmiljøene.​ Som senior rådgiver er du en viktig brobygger mellom strategi og operativ gjennomføring. Du vil bidra til å styrke organisasjonens evne til å nå sine HSE-mål gjennom aktiv tilstedeværelse, høy fagkompetanse og evne til å omsette krav til konkrete, verdiskapende tiltak i produksjonen. Rollen innebærer en kombinasjon av rådgivning, operativ oppfølging og kontinuerlig forbedringsarbeid ute i virksomheten. Du vil være en pådriver for et godt systematisk HMS arbeid, gjennom tilstedeværelse, veiledning og samarbeid med ledere og ansatte i produksjon.
