About the Role
Neural Concept is at the intersection of 3D deep learning and industrial engineering, building the tools that help the world's
leading manufacturers design better products, faster. We're looking for a Product Manager who has lived the reality of engineering
workflows inside large industrial organizations — and who is equally excited about where the industry is going. You understand
what it feels like to wait on a simulation, to navigate a multi-year vehicle program, and to work within the constraints of a
legacy toolchain. And you've seen — or been part of — what's possible when engineering meets modern AI and software. A formal "PM"
title is not required; what matters is proven product thinking, sharp communication, and the humility to deeply understand
problems that are different from your own experience. This is a rare role at the intersection of engineering credibility and
product craft — and a unique opportunity to shape how AI transforms one of the most consequential domains in the world.
What you will do
day-to-day workflows, frustrations, and unmet needs, bringing genuine curiosity and listening skills to every interaction.
decisions, in close collaboration with Engineering and the leadership team.
hypotheses that the team can build, test, and iterate on.
real customer value and commercial viability.
commercially sharp.
competitive positioning opportunities.
Who you are
on multi-year programs, navigate complex systems, and live with the constraints of real-world manufacturing or product
development.
software startup, or a tech company embedded in industrial accounts — and you're energized by what AI and software can unlock
for engineering teams.
own engineering experience, and you know how to bring people along without having formal authority.
clear reasoning.
We know this combination of skills is rare. If you have one deep engineering experience — whether at a legacy industrial company
or a modern company like Tesla or SpaceX — and strong product instincts, we want to hear from you.
WE'RE PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER, AND WE'RE COMMITTED TO BUILDING A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE YOU CAN
PRODUCT MANAGER, VERTICAL SOLUTIONS Location: Lausanne; Cambridge Employment Type: Full time Location Type: Hybrid Department: Vertical Solutions ABOUT THE ROLE Neural Concept's Vertical Solutions team turns the most common engineering use cases into streamlined, production-grade workflows powered by leading AI technologies. As Product Manager or Solution Owner, you will own the product lifecycle for one of our vertical solutions end to end: from discovering customer needs to shipping AI-powered workflows that combine design, simulation, and data science/ML. You'll partner with industry-leading customers to translate real-world engineering problems into a product roadmap, and you'll work hands-on with AI-assisted development tools to move from concept to working prototype fast. This is a pivotal, cross-functional role: you'll work across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to make sure what you build actually gets adopted and delivers value. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Own the product roadmap for your vertical solution, from discovery through delivery and iteration. * Run customer discovery: lead interviews, validate problem-solution fit, and turn insights into a clear product strategy and backlog. * Define and prioritize requirements, write specs, and make the roadmap tradeoffs that keep the team focused on impact. * Use AI-based development tools and hands-on prototyping (including scripting) to de-risk ideas quickly and get working solutions in front of customers sooner. * Lead and collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers (CAD/CAE/ML) to take solutions from prototype to production-ready. * Track adoption and value delivery across customer projects in your vertical, and feed those insights back into the global product roadmap. * Align vertical initiatives with overall company strategy. WHO YOU ARE * Proven product management experience: you've owned a product or product area end to end, from discovery to launch to iteration, ideally in an enterprise or technical B2B context. * Hands-on with AI-based development: comfortable using AI coding/prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) and scripting (Python) to build and test ideas yourself rather than only writing specs for others. * Strong discovery and customer empathy skills: you can run a great customer interview, synthesize signal from noise, and translate it into a coherent product narrative. * Pragmatic, impact-first problem solver: comfortable making tradeoffs, willing to challenge assumptions, and focused on outcomes over process. * Comfortable operating cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams, and able to influence without direct authority. * Clear written and verbal communicator, able to align stakeholders across technical and business audiences. Bonus points for: * Background or exposure to consumer electronics, automotive, turbomachinery, aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing * Familiarity with engineering software used in CAD/CAE/PLM workflows (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS Mechanical, Abaqus, Teamcenter, or similar). * Exposure to end-to-end engineering design processes: requirements, concept, modeling and simulation, validation, release. WHAT YOU GET * Work with a world-class technology team – our engineers are top-notch, and we always aim for excellence. * Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale. * Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized. * Develop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another. * Make a global impact by helping customers shift to AI-assisted design, making innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable. * Balance life and work with a hybrid model (40% remote) and flexible hours—we care about results, not rigid schedules. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where you can thrive. About the Role * Neural Concept's Revenue Operations function sits at the heart of how we scale commercially. Bridging Sales, Finance, and GTM Strategy, you will drive the operational engine behind our revenue growth — ensuring that every deal we pursue, every resource we allocate, and every commercial decision we make is grounded in data, financial discipline, and operational precision. * As RevOps Manager, you will partner directly with our Finance Director to build and run the commercial infrastructure that powers our growth. You will own revenue forecasting, GTM analytics, sales process design, and the systems that make our commercial teams faster and smarter. This is not a back-office role — it is a strategic seat at the table, working side by side with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to turn data into decisions and friction into performance. * Neural Concept is on a mission to transform how the world's leading engineering organisations design products, with AI at the centre of product development. At Series C, with 120+ people and 60+ global OEM customers across automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, and defence, we are scaling fast. This is a chance to build the revenue engine of a company that is reshaping an entire industry and work within AI with concrete and tangible real-life outcomes. What you will do * Revenue Forecasting & Commercial Analytics — Own and maintain revenue forecasting models integrated with financial planning cycles, working closely with the Finance Director. Build and manage dashboards tracking ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, win rates, and commercial KPIs across segments and geographies. Develop financial scenarios to support pricing decisions, headcount planning, and growth investments. Translate commercial data into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations for GTM leadership. * GTM Systems & Technology Ownership — Own and continuously optimise the RevOps tech stack (CRM, BI, CPQ, enrichment, and revenue intelligence tools), ensuring data integrity, system hygiene, and seamless integration across platforms. Proactively identify, evaluate, and deploy AI-powered tools to streamline lead routing, pipeline management, contract workflows, and reporting. Partner with Sales and Marketing and IT and Systems teams to automate processes and eliminate manual work across the commercial funnel. * Sales Process Design & Operational Excellence — Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end sales processes, from lead qualification through to contract signature and customer handover. Define and enforce deal desk workflows, including approval processes, commercial terms governance, and exception management. Work closely with Sales leadership to identify and remove operational friction slowing pipeline velocity. * Commercial Finance Partnership — Serve as the primary bridge between the GTM team and Finance, ensuring commercial data flows accurately into financial models, planning cycles, and board reporting. Support quota setting, territory planning, and commission model design in close partnership with the Finance Director and Sales leadership. Build financial models to evaluate the ROI of commercial initiatives, GTM experiments, and market expansion scenarios. * Go-to-Market Planning & Cross-functional Alignment — Lead annual and quarterly GTM planning, including territory design, segmentation, capacity planning, and resource allocation. Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure alignment on targets, timelines, and priorities. Own and evolve the commercial data model, from ICP definition and account segmentation to revenue attribution and performance benchmarking. Who you are * 5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Finance, ideally within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or deep-tech environments. * Proven track record of building or scaling a RevOps function with measurable impact on revenue outcomes — from improved forecast accuracy and stronger pipeline conversion, to reduced sales cycle length. * Advanced finance background — you are comfortable with financial modelling, P&L analysis, revenue recognition, and working directly alongside Finance Directors or CFOs. You bring the rigour of a finance professional to a commercial and sales-focused context. * Deep CRM expertise (Salesforce or HubSpot) — demonstrated ability to administer, optimise, and scale CRM systems to support a growing GTM team without relying on external technical support. * Proficient in BI and analytics tools and strong Excel or Google Sheets financial modelling skills. * Strong commercial acumen — you understand the mechanics of enterprise sales cycles, deal structures, pipeline health, pricing models, and revenue retention, and you translate that understanding into sharp operational decisions. * Genuinely technology-savvy — you actively seek out and deploy AI tools to automate, improve, and accelerate your work. You are comfortable evaluating new platforms, running pilots, and embedding technology into operational workflows. You see AI as a fundamental lever for RevOps, not a nice-to-have. * Excellent cross-functional communicator — you translate complex data and process design into clear, compelling narratives for Sales, Finance, and C-suite audiences. * Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive with ambiguity, take proactive ownership, and are energised by building in environments where the playbook does not yet exist. * Nice to have: experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech companies; familiarity with CPQ tools, revenue intelligence platforms, or contract management systems; experience designing variable compensation and commission structures. What You Get * Work with a world-class technology team – we always aim for excellence. * Benefit from a competitive salary and rewarding opportunities as we continue to scale. * Thrive in a collaborative, multicultural environment where your work is visible and recognized. * Develop professionally alongside talented colleagues who share knowledge freely and support one another. * Make a global impact, making innovation faster, smarter, and more sustainable. * Balance life and work with a hybrid model and flexible hours—we care about results, not rigid schedules.
