IHRE AUFGABEN Schwerpunkt Strategie * Sie analysieren Branchen, Geschäftsmodelle, Wettbewerber und recherchieren potentielle Investoren bzw. Targets in den jeweiligen Transaktionsprozessen * Sie unterstützen unsere Deal Teams bei der Erstellung von Unternehmensexposés und Informationsmemoranden * Sie begleiten Due-Diligence Prozesse durch die Aufbereitung von Informationen und das Management des Datenraums Schwerpunkt Finanzen * Sie bearbeiten und prüfen Finanzplanungen und LBO-Modelle in den Projektteams * Sie erstellen Peer-Groups und entwickeln Unternehmensbewertungen auf Basis verschiedener Verfahren wie z.B. Furthermore, we expect you to deliver the following experience and competencies: * Master’s degree in Finance or a higher professional education degree combined with a finance-oriented Masters; * The dynamic world of mergers and acquisitions is familiar to you. You have a minimum of three years and a maximum of five years’ work experience as M&A analyst, associate or consultant; * You are a social and entrepreneurial person who has practical and strategic insight as well as tactical and commercial insight; * In addition to being analytically strong, a Marktlinker is punctual and target-driven; * Demonstrable affinity with SME-companies is an advantage; * An eye for personal relationships and excellent communication skills are a must; * Fluency in Dutch is required and a good command of English.
