You'll help us build and operate backend services for high-quality video management software for both cloud-based and on-prem solutions, and you'll do it alongside experienced colleagues who are eager to help you grow. What you'll do here as a Software Developer As a developer in the team, you will contribute to building and refining our products while growing your skills across the full stack. You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and have access to modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, to help you be productive and learn faster. The responsibilities of the role include:
Participate as a dedicated team member in everyday teamwork and agile ceremonies
Contribute to designing and implementing features across the full stack
Write well-structured, testable, and maintainable code
Collaborate with different stakeholders and development teams
Take part in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration
Together with colleagues, drive continuous improvement of our development practices

You don't need to know everything, but you should have a solid foundation and a genuine curiosity for software development. We'd love to hear that you have:
A relevant engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
Some professional or academic experience in software development
Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g. Go, Rust, TypeScript, Node.js)
A collaborative mindset and good communication skills
Experience working in agile or DevOps-oriented teams
Familiarity with containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Interest in or experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS)
Experience in using agentic development tools
