I rollen som Maintenance Manager får du en varierad vardag där du stöttar våra anläggningsoperatörer med teknisk vägledning. Du kommer att leda underhållsinvesteringsprojekt samt mindre nyinvesteringar från start till mål, samtidigt som du håller ett öga på projektens finansiella KPI:er och säkerhets-KPI:er
Eftersom säkerheten alltid kommer först för oss, deltar du aktivt i säkerhetsinspektioner och driver kontinuerliga förbättringar inom hälsa, miljö och säkerhet (HSE) enligt Plan-Do-Check-Act-principen. Slutligen bidrar du till budgetering och ansvarar för att verifiera och godkänna fakturor för externa underhållstjänster utifrån din tilldelade budget och dina attesträtter

Som vår nya Maintenance Manager rapporterar du direkt till Senior Maintenance Manager. Vår primära bas och kontor finns i Linköping, men för rätt kandidat fungerar även Stockholm eller Göteborg utmärkt eftersom vi erbjuder ett flexibelt hybridupplägg där du kan varva kontorsarbete med jobb hemifrån. Eftersom våra anläggningar finns på flera orter kräver tjänsten en hel del resor, främst till våra anläggningar i Sverige och Danmark.

Ansvarsområden
Hantera underhållsavtal med originaltillverkare (OEM) eller andra tjänsteleverantörer.
Förbereda och genomföra underhållsinvesteringsprojekt och småskaliga investeringsprojekt. Delta i expansionsinvesteringar och verkställa underhållsprojekt
Identifiera och köpa in kritiska reservdelar för och säkerställa en balanserad anläggningstillgänglighet och minskad stilleståndstid i förhållande till kostnad.
Arrangera och organisera reservdelstillgänglighet och/eller lagring i samordning med Gasums övergripande reservdelslager.
Hålla reservdelslagerdata uppdaterad i anläggningsledningssystemet (asset managementsystem).
Erbjuda support vid processfelsökning efter behov, i samordning med support från OEM:er.
Vid behov täcka upp och vikariera för dina kollegor inom styrsystem.
Fungera som huvudsaklig kontaktperson gentemot alla intressenter i relaterade projekt
Delta i budgetformulering
Kontrollera och godkänna fakturor i enlighet med företagets policy. Verifiera och kontrollera korrektheten i fakturor för externa underhållstjänster.
För att trivas och lyckas i rollen ser vi att du matchar följande profil:
Lägst yrkeshögskoleexamen (University of Applied Sciences) eller motsvarande teknisk utbildning
Minst 1–3 års erfarenhet från en liknande roll inom underhåll, process- eller tillverkningsindustrin
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med moderna underhållssystem
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift
God förmåga att förstå process- och teknisk dokumentation
Grundläggande obligatoriska licenser för rollen
Resa i tjänst
Körkort
Tidigare erfarenhet specifikt inom biogas

Your role We are now looking for an aircraft logistics specialist with international ambition to lead the supply chain operation in the on-going Support Contracts in Saudi Arabia. As the Logistics Manager your task is to practically run the logistics operations included in the Support Contract for the Saab 2000 AEW Special Mission Aircraft. You will be stationed in Saudi Arabia as an Expatriate for 2 years to lead the logistics handling within the international AEW- (Airborne Early Warning) Project headed by Saab Surveillance. The support team includes Saab specialists on Aircraft platforms, Radar, Electronic Warfare and Mission systems, Communications and ground systems. PU AEW&C Support Solutions (Product Unit within Surveillance) is leading the In-Service-Support contract in Saudi Arabia. The Logistics Manager is the prime point of contact with the customer's supply chain organization and is responsible for the daily status of logistic operations including spare parts, warehousing, customs and compliance. The Logistics Manager reports to the Managing Director and work closely with the site manager and maintenance planning. Your daily operation will be carried out from both the Saab Office in Riyadh and the customer's aircraft base. Professional interface also consists of: Saab Program Manager and Back-office Support.
