Hemnet is looking for an Implementation Specialist to ensure our tracking is seamless and that the data we collect is utilized to its full potential. About the role 🍏 In the role as an Implementation Specialist, you will be a key player in our journey to make Hemnet even more data-informed. As a part of the Analytics team closely collaborating with our product analysts you will act as a vital bridge between development, product teams, legal and other business units. Your mission is to ensure that user data is accurate, AI-ready, and that we understand the legal aspects of the things we track. It is also the roles’ responsibility to ensure that we track the right things, not everything. With laser focus on the "back end" of analytics - ensuring data is clean, reliable, and well-modeled - you will play a crucial part in helping Hemnet continuously improve our experiences for our users. What you’ll do 💥 * Establish tracking plans and frameworks to ensure multiple development teams at Hemnet track data consistently and accurately. * Develop and refine our technical foundation for tracking as well as how we work with tracking. * Build the foundation of Hemnet’s data structure, ensuring behavioral data is accessible and easy to use for all teams. * Ensure compliance: Work closely with the legal team to maintain a solid legal perspective on data collection, ensuring that we follow Swedish law and privacy regulations over time. Who we think you are 🤩 To be successful in this role, we believe you have a technical and data-focused background with multiple years of experience working with tracking implementations, migrations and/or validations. As the bridge between tech and the analytics team, you excel at tailoring your communication for all stakeholders - ensuring that analytics requirements and needs are translated into tracking specifications for developers to understand and implement, leading to the data we collect being used in both business and product development. * Establish tracking plans and frameworks to ensure multiple development teams at Hemnet track data consistently and accurately. I am your new manager 👋 My name is Thomas Hanusek. I joined Hemnet about four years ago. Prior to that, I drove analytics for more than 20 years across different companies. My passion at work is really about seeing how Data & analytics can drive product and business development in the best way possible. As a leader, I am a huge fan of seeing how a team can come together and, through their different skills, create magic. My aim is to be supportive and humble, and to create an environment where you feel trusted, challenged, and empowered to grow. A Note on Inclusion 💚 At Hemnet, we believe that diversity in gender, sexual orientation, ability, neurodiversity, cultural background and life experience makes us stronger. We welcome applicants of all identities and backgrounds. If you meet many but not all of the requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value curiosity, a strong sense of purpose and the motivation to learn and grow, alongside your skills and experiences. An Office-First Culture 🙏 Our office in central Stockholm is the true hub of our company culture. We are proudly an office-first team because we deeply value face-to-face collaboration and believe our best work happens when we are together. While we understand the need for occasional flexibility, we strongly prioritize in-person teamwork over remote work. Because our office is the center of our daily operations, it is essential that you are based in or near Stockholm. Please note that we're unable to provide relocation assistance for this opportunity.
About Unlimit Founded in 2009, Unlimit is a global fintech company with 16 offices worldwide and more than 500 employees, offering a comprehensive portfolio of financial services—from acquiring (payment processing) to banking-as-a-service. Our mission is to be “ready for tomorrow,” providing our customers with stability in the ever-changing financial landscape and empowering them to seize opportunities ahead of the curve. While others observe, our customers take the lead. About The Job As a Temenos Lead Specialist at Unlimit, you will be at the forefront of architecting, integrating, and evolving our Temenos ecosystem to power next-generation payments and banking services. This is more than an implementation role — you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, guide technical teams, and leverage AI-driven insights to optimize performance, scalability, and compliance. You’ll be responsible for defining best practices, driving end-to-end delivery of complex configurations, and ensuring our Temenos solutions stay ahead of business demands and regulatory changes. From enabling intelligent automation in transaction flows to enhancing data-driven decision-making, your leadership will ensure our systems operate with precision, resilience, and innovation. If you’re ready to lead high-impact projects, mentor specialists, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in modern core banking with AI-powered agility — we want you on our team. What you will be doing At Unlimit, AI is not a marketing buzzword — it is the operating principle behind how we build, run, and evolve our banking systems. As the Temenos Lead Specialist, you will lead the transformation of our Temenos ecosystem into an AI-native, self-optimizing core that can adapt to market shifts and regulatory changes in real time. You will work at the intersection of architecture, integration, and innovation, ensuring that Temenos Transact (T24) is not just implemented, but reimagined as a platform where AI-agents autonomously handle complex operational workflows — from intelligent payment routing to proactive exception resolution — freeing human teams to focus on growth and strategy. You will be responsible for crafting and executing a forward-looking architecture strategy that makes annual Temenos upgrades nearly effortless, ensuring we remain continuously aligned with the latest capabilities without disruption to business operations. This will include designing AI-enabled monitoring and automation pipelines so our systems not only detect and respond to performance bottlenecks, but anticipate them before they occur. You will drive the integration of Temenos with real-time data streams, external fintech ecosystems, and predictive analytics engines, enabling our AI-agents to act decisively. Your leadership will guide technical teams to think beyond traditional banking solutions, fostering a culture where compliance, scalability, and innovation coexist without trade-offs. You will work closely with business and regulatory stakeholders to ensure that every enhancement, integration, and upgrade advances our strategic vision of a core banking platform that is resilient, agile, and perpetually ahead of the curve. In this role, you will not merely configure Temenos — you will architect its evolution into an AI-empowered backbone for global payments and banking.

We’re a small but mighty team transforming how businesses manage vehicle reimbursement — replacing outdated programs with smart, automated solutions. Our vision is bold: to provide the most comprehensive, intelligent, and automated software and services for creating ideal vehicle programs. And we’re building toward that vision every single day. Join us and you’ll find challenge, growth, and the chance to deliver real impact — helping hundreds of companies and thousands of drivers across North America focus on the work that matters most to them. Cardata is looking for an Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new customers joining our platform. You will take ownership of customer onboarding from kickoff through requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-launch validation. This role is a key driver of customer time-to-value. You will ensure each customer’s program is configured accurately, stakeholders are prepared to use the platform, and the account is ready for a successful transition into its ongoing Customer Success and Account Management relationships. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who can combine detailed system configuration with strong project ownership, training, and executive-level communication. You will work independently to drive implementations forward while partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and internal systems teams. What you will do * Own new customer implementations from Sales handoff through go-live and initial post-launch validation. * Lead kickoff calls, align on timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and launch requirements. * Gather customer requirements, workflows, business rules, and configuration needs. * Configure customer programs, workflows, permissions, rules, and system settings in Cardata’s platform. * Validate customer data, test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and confirm launch readiness. * Deliver onboarding and training for customer admins, operational stakeholders, drivers, and end users. * Manage expectations, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer action items and next steps throughout implementation. * Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering and internal systems teams to ensure smooth launches. * Complete structured handoffs to Customer Success and Account Management after go-live. * Escalate implementation risks early to maintain launch commitments, surface recurring implementation challenges, product feedback, and process improvement opportunities. * Continuously identify opportunities to automate implementation activities and reduce manual effort through system enhancements and AI-enabled workflows. * Contribute to implementation documentation, templates, training materials, and scalable workflows. What you bring * 5-8 years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, professional services, solutions delivery, or a related customer-facing role. * Experience independently managing customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment. * Strong ability to manage complex requirements, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and launch risks. * Ability to translate business and operational requirements into system configurations. * Experience working in configurable software platforms and learning complex products quickly. * Confident customer-facing communication skills, including expectation management, stakeholder alignment, and training facilitation. * Strong attention to detail, documentation, organization, and follow-through. * Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and technical teams. * High learning agility and adaptability as products, processes, and customer needs evolve. * Experience with CRM or customer success platforms such as Gainsight, HubSpot, or Salesforce. NICE TO HAVE * Experience with customer training, enablement, or change management * Familiarity with reimbursement, compliance, payroll, HR, finance, or operational workflows * Experience helping build or improve an implementation function, playbook, or repeatable onboarding process Compensation: In line with Ontario’s Pay Transparency legislation, the expected base compensation for this role is $85,000–$100,000 CAD annually, with actual earnings dependent on experience, skills, and performance. This is a vacant position, and we are hiring with intention and seeking someone who will bring new perspective, contribute meaningfully to the team, and grow with the organization.
