As a Performance Marketer you’ll play a key role in helping our clients drive online growth, from strategy to execution. This job is for you if you: * Have relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment. * Have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches * Don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes * Are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans. * Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients * Have experience in setting up and managing Paid Ads, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc. * Have experience with driving results and optimising campaigns to meet clients objectives * Have analytics skills to interpret data and present in a clear, understandable way to others What we value in everyone at Dapper Dapper works as a close-knit team with different perspectives, but the same energy to push boundaries and raise the bar. Are you our new Graphic Designer? Dapper is looking for a Graphic Designer with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world. As a Graphic Designer on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond. At Dapper, we believe B2B marketing needs a creative revolution. Our mission is to make B2B less boring, more creative and more impactful, with visuals that are impossible to ignore. This job is for you if you: * Have 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a B2B context, fast scaling, or agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your designs * You know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and inDesign. * You can work on design tasks with a strong eye for detail and consistency * You’re open to feedback and able to work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, project managers and marketers * You understand design principles (composition, typography, color, layout) and are able to create aesthetic and on-brand visuals for various formats * You are organized, able to manage your time across multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
