About Kraken 🏡 Where you'll fit in Kraken is seeking a visionary Senior Executive for Global Market Development. This is a high-impact, "pathfinder" role focused exclusively on the 3+ year horizon. Your mission is not immediate sales, but the long-term cultivation of new international territories. You will fly into target countries to engage the highest levels of leadership—including regulators, politicians, and utility C-level executives—to educate them on Kraken and its products. You will build deep institutional trust and navigate complex regulatory landscapes so that when the utilities are ready to re-platform in the coming years, Kraken is already established as their partner of choice. You will be responsible for creating the "Market Entry Guidebook" that will lead future sales teams to success. 🚀 What you’ll own Strategic Market Cultivation (3+ Year Horizon) Identify both new geographies and opportunities in current regions and establish Kraken’s presence years before formal procurement cycles begin.
