As the Marketing Ops Lead, your primary purpose is to help build a world-class marketing operation that enables ambitious growth.
Acting as the connective tissue between strategy and execution, you will ensure marketing, product, and business priorities are
translated into clear plans, aligned resources, and high-quality delivery.
By driving operational excellence, improving planning and processes, and orchestrating complex cross-functional initiatives, you

Senior Campaign Manager - East Midlands Role Overview Reform UK is preparing for a general election by expanding the size of its campaign team. A crucial part of the new structure will be Senior Campaign Managers. Not only will the role encompass taking direct responsibility for the organisation of core ground campaign activities in a small number of key seats, it will also include responsibility for directly managing Campaign Managers who are performing the same tasks across other key seats. Core ground campaign activities include collecting Voting Intention data, delivering literature and running GOTV and Polling Day operations. Identifying local government candidates will be important too. To be successful in the role, you will need to be a natural people-person who is highly motivated and organised. Crucially, you’ll be capable of managing a team - leading by example, with a can-do attitude to fix problems and get the job done. We are seeking Senior Campaign Managers across all parts of the UK. Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring they are focused on core ground campaign activities. • Assessing progress against KPIs in order to deliver on the ground whilst also providing accurate and timely reporting. • Bringing your experience of campaigning to ensure problems are solved proactively wherever possible. • Lead and coordinate an ambitious but deliverable canvassing schedule within each of the seats in your area, ensuring high levels of accurate data is collected. • Organise the delivery of HQ- designed literature in your seats. • Work with branches to deliver both of the above. • Work with branches to engage volunteers in campaign activity. • Monitor campaign progress to ensure you are meeting the KPIs set for you by the Head of Campaigns. • Ensure adherence to legal and electoral requirements. What we're looking for: • Strong alignment to Reform UK and its values (essential) • Excellent organisational and administrative skills (essential). • Excellent communication and coordination abilities (essential) • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines (essential) • Experience in political campaigning & election management (essential) • Knowledge of electoral law and timetables (essential) • Experience of managing a team (desirable) Applicant must hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
