The salary
We expect to pay from £45,000 —£60,000 for this role. But, we’re open-minded, so definitely include your salary goals with your
application. We routinely benchmark salaries against market rates, and run quarterly performance and salary reviews.

The role * To assess credit applications - you’ll use your experience, a variety of data sources and our tech platform to make fast, fair and accurate decisions. * You’ll have autonomy in decisioning, the scope of which will increase over time as you build knowledge of our systems and processes. * You will support other analysts on larger and more complex decisions, which is a key part of our workflow. * Our credit decisioning is data driven. You’ll work alongside our analytics teams to optimise our approach to lending and adapt your own approach in line with that goal. The requirements Essential: * Demonstrates curiosity to use and learn more about AI tools. Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting About The Role We’re looking for an analytically-minded Senior Credit Risk Analyst ready to support driving meaningful change in our consumer finance products in the UK or USA markets. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with data, comfortable coding, and eager to solve complex problems. You'll be part of a collaborative, ambitious organisation where ideas are encouraged and bureaucracy is minimal. Your team's objectives Our credit teams are building high-performing portfolios, with bold growth targets and a commitment to responsible lending.
