What we do. Electric Car Leasing
Why we do it. Greener. Fairer. Future.
The Role, in a nutshell...
We are looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional, high-quality service. You are the primary point of contact for our drivers, guide them through their leasing journey, from the point they order the car to when it is returned, and everything in between, acting as their expert guide through the transition to zero-carbon driving.
At Octopus Electric Vehicles, our service happens on the front lines, primarily over the phone. We need someone who can turn a complex logistics update into a reassuring conversation and a potential complaint into a 5 star Trustpilot review. You will manage the driver’s journey from the moment we place their order, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
This is a hybrid role - 2 days in office per week minimum, in either London or Brighton

01Health is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we're moving from a single-specialty company into a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform, with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. It started in dentistry with two products: 32Co, the UK's highest-rated clear aligner system, and Aerox Health, the first end-to-end platform for dental sleep medicine. Backed by Tier 1 investors, we're scaling across the UK and into the US, with new verticals already in testing. What's happening at 01Health right now Balderton-backed Series A company 90% of UK patients can reach an 01Health clinic within 30 minutes 4.98★ rating from the dentists who use us Aerox Health, our Sleep product, is ready for national rollout to top-performing 01 Partners, with a 300+ clinic waitlist (UK and US) US expansion live New verticals being tested and prototyped We've proven the model. Now we're scaling Aerox, our new snoring and sleep apnoea treatment, across the UK and US. Unlike orthodontics, we’re building in a blue ocean - and we want exceptional clinicians to help us do it brilliantly. The Role As a Clinical Operations Specialist, your mission is to ensure every dentist we support has a seamless, high-quality and genuinely delightful experience as they deliver mandibular advancement devices (MAD) for snoring and obstructive sleep apnoea. You'll be a frontline voice in our clinical operations team from day one, and help shape the function as Aerox Health grows. What you'll be doing Delivering an exceptional case experience to dentists providing sleep products with Aerox Health. Acting as a key clinical point of contact, answering dentists' questions, handling problems and finding solutions across the case journey with internal stakeholders. Embedding AI into how we work, with a borderline obsession to make things simpler, faster and better. Identifying areas to improve and opportunities to scale the function as volumes grow. Working across sleep assessments, treatment planning and reviews to ensure each step is clinically robust. Being hands-on with clinical and operational challenges - spotting issues early and helping shape clear, workable solutions. Being the voice of our dentists, ensuring their needs are clearly understood and advocating for service excellence in cross-functional decisions. Who you are A qualified dentist or experienced dental healthcare professional (3+ years). Interested in sleep medicine, ideally with a desire to build expertise in mandibular advancement device therapy. You see AI as a way to scale quality and reach, and bring the clinical rigour to keep it trustworthy. Experience in a high-growth environment (corporate or startup) is a plus. Proactive and resourceful, comfortable figuring things out independently and getting to root causes. Customer-centric with a clear instinct for "unreasonably excellent." High-output and reliable: you bring energy and pace, and don't drop balls. A confident collaborator across internal and external stakeholders, comfortable with startup chaos. Able to commute to our London office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Why join us Real impact, every day - you'll be a founding clinical voice on Aerox Health's sleep product as it scales nationally. 25 days holiday + your birthday off - because no one should work on their birthday! Outsized leverage and full ownership - real authority today, lasting impact tomorrow; what you build now shapes how this company operates at every stage after. Grow fast - backed by top VCs and built by the best; you'll be learning from some of the sharpest minds in health-tech every single day. Vitality Health cover - private medical insurance, because we take care of the people who take care of the business. Team Perks - enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat. Hybrid working - we all come together three days a week, but the rest of the time, enjoy the flexibility to work from home or our Hoxton office.
