The role
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Account Manager to join our Customer team for the DACH & Benelux market. You will manage
a portfolio of DACH & Benelux based merchants (mostly Germany), driving their growth and contributing to the expansion of our
international business.

Base salary range: £65,600 - £98,400 + 40% OTE
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer
competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range (£65,600 - £82,000) until
performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity
between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £104,000 - £118,400. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
