Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. The Customer Growth Sales team is a growing and dynamic team at Toast, focused on helping our existing customers unlock the full value of the Toast ecosystem. You'll be working with current Toast POS customers - managing the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, while also acting as a trusted partner to the accounts in your portfolio. This is a Hybrid role with 2 days a week in our Central London office About this roll* (Responsibilities) * Work with existing Toast POS customers to identify opportunities to expand their product offering, drive revenue growth, and deepen their relationship with Toast. * Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, video demos, value proposition creation, negotiation, and close. * Manage a portfolio of accounts, building long-term relationships and acting as a consultative partner - not just a salesperson. * Balance proactive sales activity with reactive customer support: this role involves resolving certain customer issues, escalating technical problems to our Care and Integrations teams, and tracking cases through to resolution. If you find this kind of work tedious, this probably isn't the role for you - we see it as core to building trust with our customers. * Use data and reporting tools to analyse your territory, identify upsell opportunities, and prioritise your time effectively. * Actively explore and integrate technology and AI tools into your workflow to work smarter and more efficiently. * Be held to goals across monthly sales revenue and activity metrics. * Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in Salesforce CRM. * Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast products accordingly. * Collaborate with the New Business, Services, and Implementation teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements) * Experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets - B2B or SaaS experience preferred. * Comfortable owning both the commercial and operational sides of customer relationships: you don't just close deals, you follow through. * Analytically minded: you use data to prioritise, spot patterns, and back up your recommendations to customers. * A genuine enthusiasm for technology and AI - you actively look for ways to integrate new tools into how you work, and you get excited about what technology can do for your customers' businesses. * Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal stakeholders alike. * Strong organisation and time management - you can context-switch between a sales call, a customer escalation, and a pipeline review without dropping the ball. * A collaborative mindset: the culture on this team is competitive and results-driven, but we win together. * A consultative approach - you help customers think differently about their business, not just sell them a product. Special Sauce* (Nonessential Skills/Nice to Haves) * Experience with Salesforce CRM * Experience in account management or customer success alongside sales - you understand what it means to nurture a relationship over time, not just win it. * Sandler Sales Training or similar methodology * Restaurant industry or hospitality tech experience AI at Toast At Toast, one of our company values is that we're hungry to build and learn. Performance & Metrics * Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined execution. * Measure success through disciplined account execution, enterprise deal velocity, deal quality (average deal size, conversion rates), sales cycle management, and forecast accuracy. Experience and Qualifications * Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales (ideally SaaS), with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals over $100K+ ACV. * Proven ability to lead and close complex enterprise sales cycles within your book of business. * Demonstrated success in generating and closing new enterprise logos, particularly greenfield or net-new accounts, while also driving expansion within existing customers * Proven ability to generate pipeline and win new enterprise logos by leveraging the broader business ecosystem. * Experience with partner and channel sales models, including working with GSIs, VARs, and technology partners. * Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC Challenger, SPIN). * Strong business acumen and ability to navigate large, matrixed organisations. * Displays grit, tenacity, and adaptability, thriving in evolving, fast-changing environments. * Strong financial drive and ambition, with a demonstrated history of achieving top earnings in high-tech enterprise sales roles. What Success Looks Like * You successfully drive enterprise opportunities to close by harnessing the strength of the go-to-market ecosystem, demonstrating full ownership of account strategy and a focus on execution. * You operate as a trusted advisor to your clients and internal teams. * You bring energy, execution focus, and financial ambition to your role, embodying Leapwork’s culture of collaboration, curiosity, and customer impact.
