The European Gaming & Financial Services commercial team is dedicated to serve Trustly’s merchant customers across the EU and UK. This includes online gambling operators and platforms, banks, digital remittance operators, e-money issuers, financing platforms. The Gaming & FinServ team comprises new sales along with the service of existing merchant customers.
This individual contributor role will be instrumental in growing Trustly’s portfolio of merchant customers in the financial services and gaming verticals. Working with the European VP Gaming & FinServ and the broader team, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise merchants and offer to them Trustly’s different products and solutions across the EU and UK. This will include being able to work with technical product managers through to the C-level at merchants.

This position is based in Rennes Or Paris, France or in Munich or in Berlin , Germany As Team Lead Product – Product & Program Management, you will sit at the intersection of product leadership and strategic program management. You will own and orchestrate IDnow's product portfolio of document-based identity verification methods— ensuring it remains commercially healthy, customer-ready, and compliantly maintained — while simultaneously driving the structured transition of these products onto IDnow's next-generation platform. You will report to our Director of Product in charge of the overall Doc-based IDV Product Portfolio. You will coordinate/ lead a team of Product Managers in a senior lead / player-coach model: setting direction and standards, unblocking delivery, and actively contributing yourself where it matters most. You will work hand-in-hand with the senior leadership to align cross-product priorities, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure the organization moves with strategic clarity through a period of meaningful platform evolution. This is a role for a seasoned product leader who thrives in complexity, brings strong people management credentials, and knows how to hold the line on product quality and customer trust — even while navigating change.
