AVAILABLE LOCATIONS * Singapore ABOUT THE ROLE As our Director of Talent Acquisition, APAC & Japan (APJC), you will translate our global talent vision into a high-performing regional reality. Your focus will be Go-To-Market (GTM) heavy but you will also maintain operational oversight for our regional R&D and G&A hiring footprint. You are a highly operational leader who knows how to localize a modern, AI-forward recruiting playbook, break down regional hiring constraints, and scale a fast-moving talent engine. RESPONSIBILITIES * Stakeholder Alignment: Earn deep trust with APJC leadership through genuine business fluency and talent partnership approach. * Market Intelligence: Bring proactive APJC talent market insights to the table, advising regional leaders on talent pool elasticity, local compensation trends, and competitive landscapes * Inspirational Management: Lead, mentor, and elevate a localized team of recruiters and sourcers based in Singapore and across the region, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development. * GTM High-Growth Engine: Act as the primary talent partner for our APJC GTM leadership. You will own the strategy for scaling our sales, account management, and field operations across key regional hubs. * Hiring Marketplace Experience Obsessed: Ensure our APJC candidates and hiring managers experience unmatched speed, absolute transparency, and mutual respect. You will adapt global workflows to fit local cultural and market nuances without adding bureaucracy. * Outcomes Over Process: Empower your regional team to be agile and adaptive. Ruthlessly eliminate regional hiring bottlenecks and focus the team on delivering high-quality matches rather than just tracking activities. * Data-Driven: Monitor and optimize the APJC talent funnel across all segments. Track key regional metrics—funnel health, passive-to-active conversion velocity, segment-specific time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire—to continuously tune the regional engine. * AI-First Execution: Successfully implement global AI-driven sourcing, screening, and scheduling tools within your regional team, freeing up your recruiters to focus on deep candidate relationship building and closing. DESIRABLE SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE * Recruiting Leadership Experience: High business acumen with proven experience leading talent acquisition teams within a high-growth enterprise SaaS or web infrastructure environments. Previous agency experience is a plus. * GTM Recruiting Expertise: A strong track record of successfully scaling revenue-generating teams (Sales, SEs, Channel, Marketing) across the region, with additional exposure to technical (R&D) and corporate (G&A) hiring. * APAC Regional Scope: Direct experience navigating the talent landscapes of major APAC (Singapore, Japan, China, ANZ, India, etc) markets including a strong working knowledge of regional employment practices and talent mobility. * Analytical & Structural Thinking: Data diagnostics are second nature to you. You have adopted AI to help drive efficiency and productivity for yourself and your team * Location: This position is based in our Singapore location and offers a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in the office a week) COMPENSATION Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.
