To support this, we are hiring a CRM Functional Lead / Product Owner to drive functional leadership across the global CRM
The CRM Functional Lead / Product Owner will own the functional vision, design, and backlog for WPP’s Global CRM Programme, which
is consolidating multiple legacy solutions into a single, enterprise-wide Microsoft Dynamics platform. Operating at the
intersection of business, design, and technology, this role translates business strategy, global CRM processes, and market needs
into a clear, prioritised product roadmap—balancing global standardisation with controlled local flexibility. Within a complex,
multi-agency environment, the role acts as the single point of accountability for what the CRM does, ensuring all functional

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering this transformation.
