This role is based out of our London office 🇬🇧 We are an office-first company & believe great products are made when we are together. ABOUT STACKS Stacks is building an AI-native platform that reinvents how modern finance teams run the monthly close. The opportunity is massive: every growing company depends on accurate, timely financial data, yet most are still operating with tools and workflows built for a different era. In just two years, we’ve grown from a team of 2 to 30+ and are on a rapid trajectory. We’ve raised a $23m Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and we were recently recognised as one of Harmonic’s Hottest Startups of 2026. We’re already trusted by leading European scale-ups including Pleo, Freetrade, and Motorway. Our team is a blend of finance, product, and technical experts from top-tier companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, Mollie, and Bunq, united by the drive to create a game-changing solution. We’re a team that is deeply customer-obsessed, plays to win, and isn’t afraid to take big, bold bets. We move fast, hold a high bar, and are committed to growing together as we scale. ABOUT THE ROLE Stacks is hiring a Product Lead to own and build out one of our most strategically important product areas from the ground up. This isn't a traditional PM role. We're looking for someone who thinks and operates like a founder — someone who will take full ownership of a product area, drive it to product-market fit, and create the commercial momentum to get it to its first million in revenue. You'll be the connective tissue across GTM, engineering, design, customer success, and external stakeholders. You'll go deep on customer problems, set the strategic direction, and move with pace and urgency to make it happen. We're looking for a hyper-ambitious builder with sharp product instincts, first-principles thinking, and the commercial chops to put themselves in front of senior enterprise stakeholders and win. 🧱 WHAT YOU'LL DO Own Your Product Area End-to-End * Take full ownership of a core product area (e.g. Accounts Receivable) — from strategy through to delivery and commercial outcomes * Define product vision and roadmap grounded in deep customer insight and first-principles thinking * Drive urgency and business impact, with a clear line of sight to product-market fit and revenue * Set the direction, prioritise ruthlessly, and hold the bar high across everything you touch Be the Founder of Your Product * Think and operate like a co-founder: take initiative, unblock yourself, and own outcomes regardless of what's in your job spec * Build selling processes and GTM motion around your product area from scratch * Put yourself in front of senior enterprise stakeholders — run the meetings, bring the narrative, and close the loop * Work through ambiguity and complexity, breaking hard problems into clear, actionable pieces Connect the Company Around Your Product * Act as the hub connecting engineering, design, GTM, CS, and external domain experts * Partner closely with engineering to define what to build and why — without needing to be managed * Bring structure, focus, and pace to a cross-functional team working on something genuinely new * Create alignment and energy across the organisation around your product area Drive Customer Obsession * Get deep on customer problems: uncover insights, challenge assumptions, and keep the customer at the centre of every decision * Build relationships with customers and domain experts who can sharpen your thinking * Translate complex workflow challenges into elegant, scalable product solutions 🧩 WHAT YOU NEED * A genuine builder mindset — high ownership, relentless follow-through, and a track record of creating things from scratch * Strong product fundamentals: you know how to uncover customer insights, translate them into strategy, and ship products people actually use * First-principles thinking: you break problems down to their roots, challenge the status quo, and bring clarity to complex challenges * B2B chops: you're comfortable in front of enterprise stakeholders — you can run a senior meeting, build a narrative, and command the room * Evidence of zero-to-one experience — whether founding your own company, building a product area early at a high-growth startup, or launching something new inside a larger business * STEM degree (or equivalent intellectual horsepower demonstrated through your work) * The ambition and hunger to operate at a pace most environments don't allow 🌟 Bonus points if you have: * Experience building in fintech, accounting, or enterprise finance software * Prior founding experience or time at YC-backed / top-tier VC-backed startups * Product experience at a commercially-driven, high-bar company like Stripe, Plaid, or similar 🚀 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Foundational role: Help shape a category-defining company from an early stage, working directly with founders and a small, high-agency team. * Meaningful ownership: Competitive equity in a company that is scaling rapidly, where your impact will directly shape the outcome. * Cutting-edge product and tech: Work at the intersection of AI and finance, building systems that fundamentally change how companies run their financial close. * High-calibre team: Collaborate with people from companies like Uber, Plaid, Miro, and Mollie. * Exceptional workspace: Our London HQ is based in Fora — a modern, design-led space in the heart of the city with access to a gym, classes, and an environment built for focused, in-person building * Strong team culture: We run regular socials and off-sites that bring the team together properly, we recently have our 2-year anniversary party in Amsterdam, with board games, a tarot card reader and live music 🎶 🤝 THE HIRING PROCESS * Step 1: 30-minute call with Naman (Head of Product) to learn about your background, motivation, experience, and practical details. * Step 2: 30-minute conversation with Albert (CEO) , to dive deeper into your enterprise commercial experience. * Step 3: Take-home and 1-hour on-site panel interview with our team at Stacks. * Step 4: Final chat with senior leadership * Step 5: Offer!
For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. AI is reshaping how enterprises buy, adopt, and expand work management platforms — and the conversation is moving faster in EMEA than most vendors are equipped to support. Smartsheet is building a market-leading AI narrative anchored in organizational intelligence, agentic workflows, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and this role exists to make that narrative land with EMEA field teams and the enterprise buyers they serve. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the AI GTM Strategy team, you will be the in-region AI product marketing partner for Smartsheet's EMEA sales organization. You will translate the global AI narrative, product roadmap, and enablement infrastructure into regionally activated content, training, and field support — ensuring EMEA account executives, solution engineers, and customer success managers can lead substantive AI conversations that drive pipeline and expansion. This is not a generalist PMM role. You will own the intersection of AI product marketing and regional field activation across EMEA, working at the pace of a rapidly evolving product surface and a field organization that needs to be ahead of the market conversation. The role is hybrid, based at Smartsheet’s corporate offices in London, UK. You will report to our VP, AI Market Strategy. You will own: AI Narrative Activation — EMEA * Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet's global AI narrative across EMEA field teams, adapting messaging for market maturity, regulatory context, and competitive dynamics specific to European enterprise buyers. * Develop EMEA-specific AI positioning guides that address regional buyer concerns including data sovereignty, GDPR implications for AI-powered workflows, and compliance-sensitive adoption paths. * Maintain a living understanding of how AI messaging resonates differently across EMEA sub-regions (UK&I, DACH, Nordics, France, Southern Europe) and adjust field guidance accordingly. AI Sales Enablement — Regional Delivery * Serve as the primary AI enablement resource for EMEA field teams — translating global enablement packages (training decks, demo scripts, prompt cookbooks, competitive briefs) into regionally relevant, sales-ready formats. * Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver AI-specific training sessions, certifications, and deal support for EMEA account executives and solution engineers. * Build and maintain the EMEA AI content suite in Smarsheet’s Enablement platformHighspot: discovery slides, AI use-case messaging guides, MCP value narratives, and competitive positioning against regional alternatives. * Track enablement adoption through leading indicators including Gong keyword usage, Highspot engagement, and qualitative field feedback on content quality and deal impact. MCP & Platform Extensibility — EMEA GTM Support * Support the regional go-to-market activation for Smartsheet's MCP platform, including multi-connector capabilities, partner integrations, and agentic workflow positioning. * Develop EMEA-specific MCP use-case content that connects platform extensibility to the workflow patterns, integration ecosystems, and buyer priorities prevalent in European enterprise environments. * Partner with EMEA partner teams to align AI and MCP messaging with regional channel and technology alliance strategies. AI Customer Activation — EMEA * Develop and deliver regional AI activation programs that help EMEA customers move from initial AI feature adoption to embedded organizational intelligence workflows. * Partner with EMEA Customer Success to build AI-specific customer engagement frameworks, including AI readiness assessments, use-case workshops, and adoption milestone tracking. * Source and develop EMEA customer proof points, case studies, and reference stories that demonstrate AI-driven business outcomes in regionally relevant contexts. Competitive Intelligence — AI in EMEA * Maintain current competitive intelligence on AI positioning from competitors active in EMEA markets * Develop EMEA-specific competitive battle cards and objection-handling guides that address how competitors position AI capabilities to European buyers. * Provide regular competitive briefings to EMEA field leadership on shifts in competitor AI messaging, product launches, and market positioning. AI Thought Leadership & Market Presence — EMEA * Support Smartsheet's AI thought leadership presence at EMEA industry events, analyst briefings, and regional marketing campaigns. * Develop regionally relevant AI content (blog posts, webinar scripts, event presentations etc) that builds Smartsheet's credibility as an AI-forward platform in European markets. * Partner with EMEA demand generation to integrate AI messaging into regional campaign strategy and execution. How You Will Drive Business Value * Accelerate EMEA pipeline influenced by AI positioning by ensuring field teams can lead credible, differentiated AI conversations with enterprise buyers from first contact through expansion. * Improve EMEA win rates in competitive deals where AI capabilities are a decision factor by delivering sharp, regionally relevant competitive positioning. * Drive AI-led expansion within the EMEA installed base by equipping Customer Success with activation frameworks and use-case content that open new AI-driven conversations in existing accounts. * Build Smartsheet's regional brand as an AI leader in the European enterprise work management market through concentrated field activation, customer evidence, and thought leadership. * Other duties as assigned You Have: * 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful time spent in or supporting EMEA markets. * Direct experience translating global product narratives into regionally activated field content and sales enablement for European enterprise audiences. * Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts sufficient to engage credibly with technical buyers, solution engineers, and product teams on AI-related topics — you do not need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand the conversation. * Familiarity with the European regulatory and data sovereignty landscape as it relates to enterprise AI adoption (GDPR, AI Act, data residency considerations). * Strong writing and messaging skills — able to take complex AI product capabilities and turn them into clear, buyer-resonant value claims that work in a European context. * Comfort working directly with Sales, Customer Success, and field teams across multiple EMEA sub-regions to validate, iterate, and activate positioning in real time. * Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments while juggling multiple high-stakes relationships * Experience with competitive intelligence and the ability to maintain current, actionable competitive views in a fast-moving market. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * Fluency in English is required * Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis Why This Role * Own the AI go-to-market activation for one of Smartsheet's most strategically important regions at a moment when AI is the primary differentiator in enterprise buying decisions. * Work at the intersection of product marketing, field enablement, and AI strategy — a rare combination that builds career-defining expertise. * Join a high-velocity AI GTM Strategy team with direct line of sight to executive leadership, product strategy, and commercial outcomes. * Shape how a leading enterprise platform shows up in the AI conversation across Europe — not as a feature checkbox, but as a platform that makes organizations measurably more intelligent.
