For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. AI is reshaping how enterprises buy, adopt, and expand work management platforms — and the conversation is moving faster in EMEA than most vendors are equipped to support. Smartsheet is building a market-leading AI narrative anchored in organizational intelligence, agentic workflows, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and this role exists to make that narrative land with EMEA field teams and the enterprise buyers they serve. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the AI GTM Strategy team, you will be the in-region AI product marketing partner for Smartsheet's EMEA sales organization. You will translate the global AI narrative, product roadmap, and enablement infrastructure into regionally activated content, training, and field support — ensuring EMEA account executives, solution engineers, and customer success managers can lead substantive AI conversations that drive pipeline and expansion. This is not a generalist PMM role. You will own the intersection of AI product marketing and regional field activation across EMEA, working at the pace of a rapidly evolving product surface and a field organization that needs to be ahead of the market conversation. The role is hybrid, based at Smartsheet’s corporate offices in London, UK. You will report to our VP, AI Market Strategy. You will own: AI Narrative Activation — EMEA * Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet's global AI narrative across EMEA field teams, adapting messaging for market maturity, regulatory context, and competitive dynamics specific to European enterprise buyers. * Develop EMEA-specific AI positioning guides that address regional buyer concerns including data sovereignty, GDPR implications for AI-powered workflows, and compliance-sensitive adoption paths. * Maintain a living understanding of how AI messaging resonates differently across EMEA sub-regions (UK&I, DACH, Nordics, France, Southern Europe) and adjust field guidance accordingly. AI Sales Enablement — Regional Delivery * Serve as the primary AI enablement resource for EMEA field teams — translating global enablement packages (training decks, demo scripts, prompt cookbooks, competitive briefs) into regionally relevant, sales-ready formats. * Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver AI-specific training sessions, certifications, and deal support for EMEA account executives and solution engineers. * Build and maintain the EMEA AI content suite in Smarsheet’s Enablement platformHighspot: discovery slides, AI use-case messaging guides, MCP value narratives, and competitive positioning against regional alternatives. * Track enablement adoption through leading indicators including Gong keyword usage, Highspot engagement, and qualitative field feedback on content quality and deal impact. MCP & Platform Extensibility — EMEA GTM Support * Support the regional go-to-market activation for Smartsheet's MCP platform, including multi-connector capabilities, partner integrations, and agentic workflow positioning. * Develop EMEA-specific MCP use-case content that connects platform extensibility to the workflow patterns, integration ecosystems, and buyer priorities prevalent in European enterprise environments. * Partner with EMEA partner teams to align AI and MCP messaging with regional channel and technology alliance strategies. AI Customer Activation — EMEA * Develop and deliver regional AI activation programs that help EMEA customers move from initial AI feature adoption to embedded organizational intelligence workflows. * Partner with EMEA Customer Success to build AI-specific customer engagement frameworks, including AI readiness assessments, use-case workshops, and adoption milestone tracking. * Source and develop EMEA customer proof points, case studies, and reference stories that demonstrate AI-driven business outcomes in regionally relevant contexts. Competitive Intelligence — AI in EMEA * Maintain current competitive intelligence on AI positioning from competitors active in EMEA markets * Develop EMEA-specific competitive battle cards and objection-handling guides that address how competitors position AI capabilities to European buyers. * Provide regular competitive briefings to EMEA field leadership on shifts in competitor AI messaging, product launches, and market positioning. AI Thought Leadership & Market Presence — EMEA * Support Smartsheet's AI thought leadership presence at EMEA industry events, analyst briefings, and regional marketing campaigns. * Develop regionally relevant AI content (blog posts, webinar scripts, event presentations etc) that builds Smartsheet's credibility as an AI-forward platform in European markets. * Partner with EMEA demand generation to integrate AI messaging into regional campaign strategy and execution. How You Will Drive Business Value * Accelerate EMEA pipeline influenced by AI positioning by ensuring field teams can lead credible, differentiated AI conversations with enterprise buyers from first contact through expansion. * Improve EMEA win rates in competitive deals where AI capabilities are a decision factor by delivering sharp, regionally relevant competitive positioning. * Drive AI-led expansion within the EMEA installed base by equipping Customer Success with activation frameworks and use-case content that open new AI-driven conversations in existing accounts. * Build Smartsheet's regional brand as an AI leader in the European enterprise work management market through concentrated field activation, customer evidence, and thought leadership. * Other duties as assigned You Have: * 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment, with meaningful time spent in or supporting EMEA markets. * Direct experience translating global product narratives into regionally activated field content and sales enablement for European enterprise audiences. * Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts sufficient to engage credibly with technical buyers, solution engineers, and product teams on AI-related topics — you do not need to be a data scientist, but you need to understand the conversation. * Familiarity with the European regulatory and data sovereignty landscape as it relates to enterprise AI adoption (GDPR, AI Act, data residency considerations). * Strong writing and messaging skills — able to take complex AI product capabilities and turn them into clear, buyer-resonant value claims that work in a European context. * Comfort working directly with Sales, Customer Success, and field teams across multiple EMEA sub-regions to validate, iterate, and activate positioning in real time. * Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to bring structure to complex, fast-moving environments while juggling multiple high-stakes relationships * Experience with competitive intelligence and the ability to maintain current, actionable competitive views in a fast-moving market. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. * Fluency in English is required * Ability to work in the UK on an ongoing basis Why This Role * Own the AI go-to-market activation for one of Smartsheet's most strategically important regions at a moment when AI is the primary differentiator in enterprise buying decisions. * Work at the intersection of product marketing, field enablement, and AI strategy — a rare combination that builds career-defining expertise. * Join a high-velocity AI GTM Strategy team with direct line of sight to executive leadership, product strategy, and commercial outcomes. * Shape how a leading enterprise platform shows up in the AI conversation across Europe — not as a feature checkbox, but as a platform that makes organizations measurably more intelligent. London, Waterloo (Hybrid, 4 days in-office, Wednesday is our set work-from-home day, though you can come in on Wednesday too if you wish) We're disrupting one of the world's largest asset classes, property. With £4Bn+ assets on our platform and 30,000+ users across 70 countries, we're building the future of asset ownership and, in doing so, addressing wealth inequality. Our product simplifies property investing from start to finish, making real estate investment accessible to everyone. THE OPPORTUNITY Our ambition is to hold the most complete context of any property investor anywhere (every decision, document, transaction, and signal) so that whatever an investor needs to be successful can happen inside GetGround. Good decisions need complete context. That's the data problem we're solving. We have a data architecture that already collects, joins, curates, and surfaces the data we generate. The next phase is harder. We need data that's clear, unambiguous, trusted, and usable across the business (not just by the technically confident). We need to simplify how we work with it. And because we ship quickly, the data layer has to keep pace with logic and schema changes rather than fall behind them. We're looking for someone curious and outcome-driven to lead this work. You'll inherit the function from our outgoing Lead Analytics Engineer, so you'll need to land, ramp quickly, and start making decisions. You'll be the data function for a while, with the remit to define how it grows. You'll report to our Product Director and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, RevOps, and Finance. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING * Building trust in our data. Right now, getting the right answer requires knowing the business AND the data. Your job is to close that gap so anyone (including AI-assisted users) can get reliable answers. * Owning the analytics platform end-to-end (from raw sources through to the metrics that power business-facing reporting). * Diagnosing problems wherever they live. Symptoms in one layer don't always have causes in the same layer. You'll need to be able to follow a data quality issue back to its source (and decide where to fix it). * Simplifying, not stacking. We’re fine with fewer tools and clearer data, not more layers on top. * Modelling our core entities properly. Users, ownership structures, properties, transactions (the data model that underpins everything we report on, with the nuance our business actually needs). * Governing the metrics layer. From Finance, to Product, Growth, and Compliance. * Writing clear, maintainable code and thoughtful documentation (for humans and for AI models). Setting the engineering bar for our data culture as the team grows beneath you. * Mentoring and hiring. Within ~12 months we'd expect you to be hiring and developing an Analyst or second Analytics Engineer beneath you, and lifting the data literacy of product and engineering teams across the business. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Systems thinking and first-principles reasoning. You map before you act. You're comfortable saying "this is the wrong question" and reframing. You spot root causes other people miss because they're looking at the symptom. * A bias for simplification. You've removed more code and tools than you've added. You can tell the difference between essential and accidental complexity, and you push hard on the second. * Engineering across the stack, not just the warehouse. You can read application code and reason about it. You can navigate a Postgres or MySQL schema and tell what's well-designed from what's accreted over time. You're comfortable opening a pull request against a production codebase to fix a data problem at source, not just patching it downstream. * Strong engineering fundamentals. You write clean, tested, maintainable code; you understand the systems your data flows through; you can read a schema and reason about why it was designed the way it was. * Strong SQL: you can read and write it fluently, including spotting the bits AI tools get wrong. * Python fluency: enough to write a Dagster asset, hack together an integration, or run an ad-hoc analysis without friction. * dbt familiarity. You should be comfortable in dbt projects and understand the underlying patterns (incremental models, tests, documentation, lineage). * Comfortable across multiple databases and warehouses. BigQuery experience is a plus; comfort moving between transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL) and warehouses matters more than fluency in any specific one. * A semantic-layer mindset. You've worked with a metrics catalog or similar, and you understand WHY one matters (not just how to build one). * Business curiosity. You'll be close enough to Finance, Product, and Growth that you'll need to understand what they're asking, not just answer it. * AI-native workflow. We expect you to use Claude, Cursor, or equivalent daily (for SQL, for code, for documentation, for analysis). We'll ask about this at interview, and how you describe your AI use will matter. * Solo or near-solo experience. You've been the data person somewhere before, or close to it. You're comfortable prioritising independently, owning outcomes, and saying no. * A track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers as you've grown senior. THIS ROLE ISN'T FOR YOU IF * You want fully remote work. We're hybrid, 4 days in-office. * You self-taught SQL on the analyst side and have never worked in application code. The role goes deeper than the warehouse and we need someone comfortable across the stack. * You'd rather add a new tool than understand the underlying system. Our challenge is simplification, not expansion. * Your medium-term ambition is to move into pure product engineering or away from data work. We need someone who wants this role for what it is. * You prefer being handed requirements rather than defining the analytics agenda yourself. * You need a large data team around you to do your best work — for the first 6–12 months you'll be it. * You're skeptical of AI in your workflow. We're an AI-first culture and the role assumes you've embraced it. * You're looking for a slow-paced environment. We move fast, own outcomes, and live by our values: no BS, pursuit of excellence, feedback obsession, and healthy ego. INTERVIEW PROCESS 1. Recruiter screen (30 min) 2. Technical conversation (30 min) Focused on systems thinking, how you've handled messy data problems in the past, and how you approach problem identification. No coding, this is to make sure the role and your background fit before we ask you to invest time in a take-home. 3. Technical take-home: A combined exercise: a system-design discussion task using a portion of GetGround-shaped data, alongside a short build exercise testing SQL, dbt, and Python. AI use encouraged. ~2–3 hours of effort, completed in your own time over a week. 4. Technical onsite (1.5 hrs) 15-min demo of your take-home, followed by a live exercise covering SQL, product intuition, and how you'd approach a real GetGround data problem end-to-end. 5. Final conversation with senior leadership. GetGround provides visa sponsorship for this role (if necessary) Benefits: * 💰 Competitive salary * 💰 Stock options * 🏥 Private health & dental * 🏖 12 Mental health days off annually (1 per month) PLUS holidays + public holidays * 💚 Monthly wellness budget * 🫶 1 paid Community day off (paid day off to volunteer for a charitable cause) * 🏡 Hybrid working * 🥣 Free breakfast daily * 🎳 Team and company-wide events * 📈 360° performance reviews to promote a culture of growth and development * 🎤 Support for conferences and professional learning & development What we are building: The first end-to-end real estate investment offering - making the dream of owning real estate more accessible to everyone globally. Diversity & inclusion at GetGround: We encourage applications from all sections of society and we believe in the criticality of an inclusive culture. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other basis as protected by law. * 42% of our employees identify as female or non-specified, 58% as male * 22 nationalities represented across offices in 5 countries * Our work on Design Accessibility * Inclusion is at the heart of our culture - we celebrate and reflect on key D&I and cultural events such as: Black History Month, International Women's Day and Pride For more information on how we store your candidate data, please see our recruitment privacy policy.

You do not need active SC clearance as we will undertake checks upon you joining, but you must be eligible to pass SC clearance. Why you should join us At Cloudscaler, you’ll be part of a consultancy at the forefront of cloud transformation, trusted by government, defence, and enterprise organisations to deliver complex AWS solutions that make a real national impact. From modernising public services to securing critical infrastructure, the work you do will matter far beyond technology. You’ll learn directly from experts while contributing to some of the UK’s most ambitious cloud programmes, gaining exposure and influence you wouldn’t find in a larger consultancy. The Role We are hiring a Senior AI Enablement Consultant to deliver our AI enablement function starting internally, then taking it to our customers through our Enterprise AI Fast Start offering. Our philosophy is simple: happy people are productive people, not the other way round. Most AI rollouts fail because they focus on adoption metrics instead of asking people what’s actually wasting their time. We take the opposite approach. We ask people what annoys them, give them an AI tool, and let them fix it. The research backs this up employees with agency over how AI enters their work adopt it faster, stay longer, and deliver better results. In your first six months, you will embed AI across every department at Cloudscaler (~80 people). You will discover what frustrates our teams, design training seeded by real data, and build AI-powered automations that make measurable differences to how people feel about their work. When you move into customer delivery, you will lead 6–10 week Enterprise AI Fast Start engagements for organisations in regulated sectors backed by real internal results, real happiness data, and real stories rather than theoretical frameworks. This is not a strategy role. You will be in the room with real teams, solving real problems, every week. What You Will Do * Discover what wastes people’s time through structured interviews and pulse data then help them fix it with AI. * Design and deliver AI training tailored to how each team actually works, seeded by real discovery data, not generic “how to prompt” sessions. * Build department-specific AI automations using Claude, including custom Projects, Skills, and MCP integrations. * Run the Weekly AI Pulse tracking happiness, confidence, and new automation opportunities across every engagement. * Create AI playbooks, Skills, Plugins, onboarding content, and training modules for graduates and experienced hires. * Lead Enterprise AI Fast Start engagements for enterprise customers 6–10 weeks from discovery to handover. * Manage the MCP Evaluation Pipeline: assessing, governing, and deploying AI integrations with the right security and governance. * Build champions networks that sustain AI adoption beyond any single engagement. * Contribute to thought leadership and pre-sales grounded in real delivery experience and real data. What We Are Looking For You will have: * Broad professional experience across multiple business functions, you understand how different teams operate and where the friction is. * Experience designing and delivering training or enablement to enterprise audiences. * Strong facilitation skills you are comfortable in front of a room with large groups. * Hands-on, daily experience with generative AI tools you are the person others ask for help. * Empathy and the interpersonal skills to understand how people genuinely feel about their work not just what they say in a group setting. * An instinct for process improvement, you see frustration and immediately think about how to fix it. * The ability to work autonomously in a new function without an established playbook. Bonus points for: * Experience with Anthropic Claude (Teams or Enterprise). * Familiarity with AWS, particularly Amazon Bedrock. * Background in business analysis, change management, or L&D. * Experience in regulated sectors. * Experience building Skills, Plugins, or reusable AI assets. Interview Process 1. Screening call with our Talent Acquisition team 2. 1st Interview - 30 minute virtual interview with Hiring Manager 3. 2nd Interview - 60 minute virtual interview with members of the team 4. 3rd Interview - 60 minute in person interview with members of our hiring and Senior Leadership Team Cloudscaler are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to equal opportunities regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ancestry, age, marital status, disability, parental status, religion or medical history.
