Location: London, UK (Hybrid position, in office 2 days per week)
With millions of diners, 60,000+ restaurant partners and 25+ years of experience, OpenTable, part of Booking Holdings, Inc.
(NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with a passion for helping restaurants thrive. Our world-class technology empowers
restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover
and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion.
Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its
portfolio of metasearch brands. Hospitality is all about taking care of others, and it defines our culture.
The Position
We're looking for a growth marketer who's restless, someone who runs projects at scale by obsessively removing the manual steps
holding them back, and who reaches for AI the same way others reach for a spreadsheet.
This is a systems-first marketing role. You'll own process optimisation and growth systems for the International Marketing team,
identifying where work is manual, repetitive, or slow, and building the automations and AI-powered workflows to fix it. You'll
work closely with engineering to scope and ship tooling that makes the whole team more effective.
You'll also run a portfolio of growth campaigns, so you need to be both a builder and an executor. But your defining contribution
will be making the team faster and smarter, not just delivering your own output.
You'll be the connective tissue between channel owners, market owners, and engineering, the person who figures out how to do more
with less. If you've ever built a workflow just because something was annoying you, that's exactly the mentality we're hiring for.
What You’ll Do
automation, AI-assisted tooling, or smarter process design.
performance monitoring bots, and more.
in systems and communicate technical requirements clearly.
includes upper-funnel channels like connected TV and out-of-home where the right moment calls for it, and knowing how to build
the case and a plan for them.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
across multiple markets or functions.
work, not just experimented with chatbots.
automated workflow, or a custom integration.
expert in each, but you speak the language.
how to measure impact, and how to make the case internally.
You’ll Thrive Here If
Work Environment & Flexibility
At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment. As a team member with us, you will benefit
from a schedule tailored to accommodate a global workforce operating across multiple time zones. While the majority of your
responsibilities may align with conventional business hours, there will be instances where you are expected to manage
communications - via calls, Slack messages, or emails - outside of regular working hours to effectively collaborate with
international colleagues, respond to restaurant partners, and/or address urgent matters. OpenTable will always abide by and
consider local laws and regulations.
Inclusion
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive. We know the best ideas come when we bring
different voices to the table, so we're building a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—and fostering a culture
where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
If you need any reasonable adjustments during the application/interview process, or on the job, we’re here to support you. Please
reach out to your recruiter to request any accommodations.

ABOUT THE JOB OpenTable's Diner Marketing team is looking for a Manager, Digital Marketing to join us on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will own and drive paid social performance across Meta and TikTok — managing campaigns end-to-end, building and iterating on performance creative, and using data to optimize toward measurable business outcomes. This is a fully independent, high-impact role designed for a seasoned paid social operator who can plug in quickly and deliver results without a lengthy ramp period. RESPONSIBILITIES * Own paid social campaign strategy and execution across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok, managing full campaign lifecycles from initial brief through optimization, budget pacing, and performance reporting. * Lead a rigorous creative testing program — developing hypotheses, briefing assets to in-house designers, launching structured A/B and multivariate tests, and synthesizing learnings to inform future creative iterations. * Partner with in-house designers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative tailored to each platform's best practices, audience behaviors, and evolving ad formats. * Analyze campaign performance on a regular cadence, translating data into clear, actionable optimizations and confident recommendations for budget allocation across channels. * Manage day-to-day paid social budgets with a performance-first mindset, maintaining pacing and efficiency against key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Brand, and Growth teams to ensure paid social strategy is aligned with broader diner acquisition and retention goals. * Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats across Meta and TikTok to continuously bring fresh, informed thinking to the channel. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * 4+ years of hands-on digital ads experience with deep, proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager. * Demonstrated track record of owning creative testing frameworks and driving measurable performance improvements through structured experimentation. * Fluency in performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) with the ability to use data to make fast, confident optimization decisions. * Experience independently managing significant paid social budgets with a rigorous approach to efficiency, pacing, and forecasting. * Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly articulate performance narratives and creative hypotheses to cross-functional partners and leadership. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in working with Meta product catalog feeds. * Experience in consumer or diner marketing, e-commerce, or a two-sided marketplace environment. * Familiarity with incrementality measurement methodologies (e.g., geo-based lift tests, holdout studies) and third-party measurement tools. * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, lean team environment where you own your roadmap and manage your own priorities. BENEFITS AND PERKS * Work from (almost) anywhere for up to 20 days per year * Focus on mental health and well-being: * Company-paid therapy sessions through SpringHealth * Company-paid subscription to Headspace * Annual company-wide week off a year - the whole team fully recharges (and returns without a pile-up of work!) * Paid parental leave * 5 weeks paid vacation * Time off for your birthday * Paid volunteer time * Focus on your career growth: * Development Dollars * Leadership development * Access to thousands of on-demand e-learnings * Travel Discounts * Employee Resource Groups * Private health & dental insurance * Income protection and life assurance * Employee Assistance Program - including 24/7 GP & free legal advice * Pension plan contributions * Discounted gym membership * Bike2Work * Season ticket loan * Social events & Thursday happy hours * Free lunch 2 days per week Work Environment & Flexibility At OpenTable, we pride ourselves on fostering a global and dynamic work environment.
