You are the most senior technical field authority for agent identity at Okta. Where a Senior FDE owns the outcome inside one

DESCRIPTION Sinch Telco is a standalone business within Sinch. Our products propel communications services for mobile operators and enterprises around the globe. We are looking for a Principal Software Engineer with focus on AI-driven Development, to accelerate adoption of AI-powered development practices across Sinch Telco. In this role, you’ll be a hands-on practitioner, leveraging AI agents to design, build and deliver software while shaping how AI is applied in real engineering environments. Together we will move toward a paradigm where software developers manage teams of specialized virtual AI agents for requirements analysis, implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment. Ability to define clear, structured, and decomposable requirements for both engineers and AI agents, with strong product awareness and understanding of the “why” behind solutions. Practical experience with Model Context Protocol, tool-use patterns, or equivalent integration standards for reliable multi-agent/tool orchestration. Experience with multi-agent frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, document approaches, and collaborate effectively across teams.
