At Omnea, we’re reinventing how enterprise businesses operate, starting with the most painful parts: procurement – where a single
purchase can drag on for months, trigger 50+ emails, and pull in Finance, Legal, Security, and IT just to get something approved.
We’ve raised $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, and Accel to change that. Our AI-native platform connects every person,
step, and system so buying is fast, safe, and efficient – one place to request, automated approvals and renewals, real-time
supplier risk, and complete spend visibility.
The opportunity is massive. Every enterprise on the planet has this problem and nobody has solved it. We’ve 10x’d ARR to
double-digit millions in 18 months and are trusted by global enterprises like Spotify, MongoDB, Monzo, and Albertsons. We’re now
the 4th fastest growing startup in Europe & the Sunday Times' #1 Best Medium Sized Tech Company To Work for.
Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team
includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll
work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to help us build and scale a world-class design organization at Omnea. In this
role, you'll lead the design function across the company — driving vision, nurturing talent, and ensuring every customer
interaction with Omnea is intuitive, elegant, and trusted.
This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic design leadership with organizational building. You’ll set the design
bar, define team culture, and ensure we scale product quality alongside company growth.
You’ll be joining us at a pivotal time. We’ve just raised $50M in Series B funding from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Accel,
Point Nine, and First Round Capital. In the past year we’ve grown revenue 5x, tripled our customer base, and maintained >99%
retention with enterprises like Spotify, Wise, Albertsons, Adecco, and McAfee. Our team is small but high-calibre -- it took over
10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans. Now we’re scaling fast and building the category of AI Supplier Relationship
Management!
Omnea is rebuilding the enterprise back-office stack to be delightful, composable, and seamless. That only works if the user
experience is best-in-class - and you’ll be a key driver of that vision.
As Director of Product Design, you'll shape how we work, how we hire, and what we ship — with massive ownership and outsized
impact. We care deeply about craft and velocity. If you do too, we’d love to talk.
At Omnea, we embrace diversity. To build a product that's loved by everyone, we're best served by a team with all sorts of
backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't quite match the full job
spec! And regardless of your race, religion, colour, gender, or anything else! If you think you could be a good fit for Omnea,
please reach out.

Location: London Full-time In office 4 days/week Why This Role Payments might not sound glamorous, but the scale of what moves through Modulr's platform speaks for itself. The products you'll own are live, used daily by real businesses and the problems are technically challenging. You'll have real ownership, a short line to decisions and room to shape things. No endless approval chains and no building for the sake of it. We process more than 200m transactions and over £180bn in payment value on an annualised basis, and we're trusted by over 6,000 businesses from fast-growing SMEs to global enterprises. We automate how money moves into and out of a business – payroll, supplier payments, spend management and payment collection – through a single platform, connected to the accounting and payroll systems finance teams already use and underpinned by principal memberships of Visa and Mastercard and direct access to central bank infrastructure. As a regulated payments provider with over a decade of experience, we're the platform finance teams trust to run mission-critical operations. Use those insights to build solutions that improve efficiency, lower costs, and accelerate time to payment, and manage the partner relationships that sit alongside your product. Operate with commercial clarity - own your product area's performance against agreed metrics and KPIs. Understand your cost base, input into pricing strategy, and communicate your roadmap and its value clearly to the CPO and Product Director. Land things properly - work closely with sales, demand gen, and product marketing to drive effective launches and sustained traction. Make sure all cross-functional implications, across ops, risk, compliance, and data, are resolved before go-live.
