Then maybe you should join our team.   Your mission We are looking for a goal oriented and people-driven person to join our team in London, where you will be responsible for helping large and small organisations to achieve their targets with and through their employees. As an employee in FirstMind, you learn to master understanding behaviour, coach, mentor and guide companies to succeed. You must therefore be able to sell by and through understanding the potential and challenges of leaders, managers and employees. You must be passionate about helping others make better people decisions now and in the future. As a Recruiter at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.   Our mission FirstMind emerged to build the world's best tool, and it’s based on 43 cognitive studies and 9 behavioural studies from leading universities. These studies are made on 1.2 million people, to create the absolute best starting point for understanding people, their strengths, challenges, motivation, etc., to create strong cultures and high performing teams. Today, FirstMind works with top Danish businesses, helping everything from the British police and the Danish military, to startups and more established companies to make better and stronger people's decisions. Our goal with FirstMind is for everyone in the world to work at what they do best.   Your responsibilities  * Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield. * Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees * Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents * Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops * Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges * Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool   What we offer you As a Recruiter at FirstMind you will be on a journey focusing on your own development, your career and FirstMind as a company together with other ambitious colleagues. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to: * Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including; role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews * Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious talents (what we call shouting talents) as well as the more covert talents (what we call whispering talents) * Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes * Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU We expect that you take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments. You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do. Moreover, you are humble and you share our passion for building and executing new businesses. While we have no preferences as to whether you have a background in HR, marketing, sales, or something completely different, we expect that you have an innate desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself. If need be, we will teach you everything you need to know about recruiting. We do expect you to: * Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results * Have an UK work permit * Be curious about and have a genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people * Want to spend your day speaking with people ranging from students to executives * Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you STARTDATE Flexible The role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate.
