As a Recruiter at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing, nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation. These studies are made on 1.2 million people, to create the absolute best starting point for understanding people, their strengths, challenges, motivation, etc., to create strong cultures and high performing teams. Your responsibilities * Arrange personal 1:1 feedback sessions, intro-calls and help people to act on their psychological homefield. * Selling the value of how companies can create far better results through deep insights into their employees * Coach and guide people to perform at their absolute best, by identifying their talents * Create powerful results for businesses and organisations through personal development and team workshops * Maintain and build strong relationships with clients/consumers and understand their day-to-day challenges * Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to help companies succeed with the tool What we offer you As a Recruiter at FirstMind you will be on a journey focusing on your own development, your career and FirstMind as a company together with other ambitious colleagues. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to: * Take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including; role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts and conducting interviews * Build a strong employer brand and attracting both the obvious talents (what we call shouting talents) as well as the more covert talents (what we call whispering talents) * Own the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes * Improve our onboarding process in close collaboration with management WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU We expect that you take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments.
