As a key member of the EMEA Revenue Leadership Team reporting directly to the Head of UKI & NE, you will be the strategic leader responsible for shaping, executing, and driving all Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) activities across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will lead a high-performing, successful regional sales team that is currently delivering strong results across our key industry verticals, including Financial Services, Public Sector, Technology/Media/Telecom (TMT), Professional Services (PS), and Retail, Manufacturing, and CPG. Partnering closely with leaders across Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Development and Channel, you will own the full-funnel GTM playbook across our Enterprise customer segments. In this role, you will leverage your deep enterprise expertise to cultivate, nurture, and develop this high-growth revenue organization while expanding Asana's market presence throughout the region. This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Purpose of the role Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the global growth of Proton VPN's affiliate program. You will manage a portfolio of strategic partners, identify new growth opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and develop initiatives that drive customer acquisition and revenue. Job requirements ESSENTIAL * 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or business development. * Proven experience managing strategic affiliate partnerships. * Strong commercial negotiation skills. * Experience working with affiliate networks and tracking platforms. * Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities. * Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple teams. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Experience working within a global business environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience within SaaS, cybersecurity, technology, fintech, or subscription businesses. * Familiarity with platforms such as Impact, CJ, Partnerize, Tune, Awin, or similar. * Experience managing editorial publishers, cashback partners, comparison sites, loyalty platforms, and strategic content partners. * International partnership experience across North America, Europe, and APAC. * Experience owning commercial targets and delivering measurable growth against acquisition goals. About the Role As a Marketing Events Manager 3, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue and strengthen brand authority. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), this role operates with significant autonomy and contributes directly to regional and global marketing strategy. This is not a purely executional position; it requires strong commercial judgement, cross-functional leadership and a clear focus on measurable business impact. You will own the strategic development of Behavox’s event portfolio by researching, evaluating and prioritising industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned to our ideal customer profile and revenue objectives. You will build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets, while forecasting and controlling budgets to ensure maximum return on investment. In addition to third-party events, you will design and scale company owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums and flagship gatherings. These initiatives will strengthen customer engagement, elevate brand perception and create differentiated market positioning. You will be responsible for building scalable playbooks that ensure repeatable success across regions. This role also serves as a central connector across Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Leadership.
