The Role
We are seeking a Release Manager to own the end-to-end release process and serve as the central point of accountability for how
changes move from development into production. Sitting within our Product function, you will be the custodian of release quality,
cadence and governance across a platform that underpins our clients' regulatory and compliance obligations.
This is a senior, process-driven role with responsibility for coordinating fortnightly releases across distributed engineering
teams and driving continuous improvement in release discipline.

As an Engineering Manager, you will work with your team to build mission-critical Lakebase services on the Databricks Platform at scale. Lakebase enables teams to deliver applications faster with an optimized database developer experience, integration with the lakehouse, and simplified operations. It provides a managed Postgres transactional layer for application state and workloads that combine operational data, analytics, and AI. You'll join as one of the founding engineering leaders to build out both the Lakebase product and our London presence.
