About the Role
The role has broad, hands-on exposure and is positioned to bring high, meaningful impact to the People function and the firm. The
role holder is expected to collaborate extensively with other Group People functions, Finance, Operational Leads and wide range of
regional and local stakeholders.
With a global remit that focuses on non-Partner colleagues globally, this role is based in London and reports to the Group Head of

Senior Strategic Business Partner SumUp is building a full-featured personal account for consumers across Europe- making it easy to spend globally, manage money, and get rewarded for everyday spending. As our Senior People Partner, you'll act as the strategic right hand to the Tribe Lead, helping shape how one of SumUp's newest and fastest-growing businesses scales.
