About F2 F2 is redefining how the financial sector operates by bridging the gap between legacy workflows in institutional finance and the future of AI-driven efficiency. While large financial firms comprise the backbone of the economy, their front and middle-office processes are still manual, spreadsheet-heavy, and fragmented. F2 is the leading vertical AI platform purpose-built for private markets and commercial banking. We transform dense, unstructured deal materials into auditable, decision-ready insights in minutes. This is not generic AI tooling. It is core infrastructure embedded directly into underwriting, credit, and portfolio workflows. We are the only fully vertical platform in this space with meaningful, proven revenue and real product–market fit. Role Overview We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive focused on commercial banking, investment banking, and private credit to own the full-cycle sales motion for F2’s AI platform within these institutions. You will run complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end to end, from first executive conversation through signed contract and expansion, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior banking leaders navigating AI adoption in regulated environments. You will work closely with Product, Deployment, and Leadership to shape our enterprise go-to-market motion, bringing real-world institutional insight back into how we build, position, and scale F2 across private markets and commercial banking. This role is ideal for a high-performing, domain-fluent operator with deep in-seat banking experience who thrives in ambiguity, understands how regulated institutions buy, and wants to help define how a leading vertical AI company wins true enterprise deals. What You'll Do * Own the full-cycle sales process for F2's AI platform with commercial and investment banking clients—from first meeting through signed contract and initial expansion. * Prospect and engage Managing Directors, Group Heads, senior credit officers, and product leaders across corporate, commercial, and investment banking. * Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product to design workflows and demos that showcase F2's differentiated value in credit underwriting, monitoring, and deal workflows. * Lead pilots and proof-of-concepts, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders across front office, credit risk, operations, and technology. * Navigate complex legal, risk, compliance, and procurement processes typical of regulated financial institutions. * Build deep, multi-threaded relationships within key banking accounts, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner. * Capture customer feedback and market signals to inform F2's go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercial banking product roadmap. * Contribute to playbooks and repeatable sales motions for commercial and investment banking as a core vertical. You Might Be a Great Fit if You * Have deep, in-seat experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or private credit. * Bring a strong grasp of credit, underwriting, or capital markets workflows, or a clear aptitude to learn complex banking use cases quickly. * Have experience engaging senior banking leadership in high-stakes decision environments. * You are comfortable running long, strategic, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles. * You thrive in high-ownership environments where domain credibility matters. * You want to operate at the intersection of finance and AI without leaving the institutional ecosystem behind. * You communicate with precision, credibility, and executive presence. * Bonus: Experience interfacing with risk, compliance, or technology teams within large financial institutions. Why Join F2 * Direct impact on a critical growth vertical as commercial banks, investment banks, and private credit institutions adopt AI to modernize underwriting and portfolio workflows. * Opportunity to sell a leading vertical AI platform with real product–market fit and a proven technology moat, embedded directly in high-stakes financial decision making. * Work with a small, high-caliber team at a true inflection point for both F2 and AI in institutional finance, with meaningful traction and blue-chip customers already on the platform. * Engage in true enterprise sales cycles with seven-figure contract values and senior banking leadership at institutions managing hundreds of billions to trillions in assets. * Operate in a high-trust, high-standards culture where domain expertise is valued and you have real influence on product direction and enterprise go-to-market strategy. * Competitive compensation, meaningful upside, and the opportunity to help redefine how institutional finance operates in the age of AI. Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $130,000–$160,000 * Commission: Uncapped * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250k-$450k * Medical, dental, vision coverage * Unlimited PTO * Hybrid flexibility in San Francisco * Opportunity to revolutionize how banks and lenders operate with cutting-edge AI technology alongside a top-decile team
