About the job
OpenTable, a Booking Holdings, Inc. company, is seeking a 12 month fixed-term Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team
in London. In this role, you will be instrumental in recruiting fresh talent across multiple countries and departments, including
Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance & Accounting. You will have a tangible impact on our business by acting as
a brand ambassador, driving the full cycle recruitment process, and passionately advocating for candidate experience and diversity
and inclusion.

Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to: * Coordinate with the CEO all the weekly strategy sessions and lunch meetings with candidates. * Identify and engage potential candidates for outreach. * Take responsibility for the first stage of the recruitment process. (CV Screening) * Take ownership of the Recruitment Software, Greenhouse: * Renew and update job postings via the platform. * Update the job description to attract more candidates * Ensure synchronization between FirstMind and Greenhouse. * You will report to the senior recruitment and to the CEO What we expect from you We do expect you to: * Have acquired a bachelor’s or master’s degree with outstanding results * Have a UK work permit * Have a natural ability to make people feel comfortable around you * Take ownership of everything you do, be proactive and follow through on commitments * Desire to get to know other people and learn, develop, and push yourself. * No experience is needed.
