About 9fin 9fin is the AI platform powering global debt markets — the world’s largest asset class at over $145 trillion. Debt markets are vast, global, and mission-critical, yet still run on fragmented data, PDFs, and manual workflows. 9fin replaces this broken infrastructure with a single platform that centralises proprietary credit data, deep analysis, and high-value workflows across global markets. Today, 9fin powers teams at 300+ blue-chip institutions worldwide, including global banks, asset managers, private equity firms, law firms, and advisors. The business is scaling at exceptional speed, with rapid expansion in the US and best-in-class retention driven by deep workflow adoption. We’re at a defining inflection point. With proven product-market fit and strong, global market pull, 9fin is accelerating toward becoming the category-defining platform for debt markets worldwide. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You'll be embedded with our marketing team, turning campaign, web and funnel data into the decisions that drive demand and pipeline. Sitting within the analytics team alongside our analysts and analytics engineers, you'll own marketing analytics end-to-end, from instrumentation through to the insight that shapes where we spend. * Own the inbound funnel metrics end-to-end. Define and own the metrics across landing → MQL → SQL → trial → conversion, so marketing, sales and leadership trust the same numbers. * Build multi-touch attribution. Move beyond last-touch UTM tracking to attribution that shows which channels and campaigns actually drive pipeline and revenue. * Measure channel and campaign performance. Show where we're winning across email, paid media, social, events and SEO — what to scale, and what to stop. * Connect marketing to revenue. Model CAC, conversion, payback and cohort LTV, and quantify marketing's contribution to pipeline and bookings, in partnership with our GTM/RevOps analytics. * Own marketing data models and the semantic layer. Author dbt models on BigQuery integrating HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics and Amplitude, and own the Omni semantic layer so the team gets self-serve answers as we migrate off Metabase. * Own instrumentation and lead-data quality. Design landing-page and web tracking (UTMs, Amplitude), support lead-scoring models, and keep marketing and sales numbers aligned, trustworthy and GDPR-compliant. * Own web and SEO analytics. Track website traffic, SEO performance and inbound lead quality, and turn it into clear recommendations. * Be the embedded analytical partner to marketing. Work directly with demand gen and RevOps, translating campaign questions into analysis that drives spend and prioritisation decisions. ABOUT YOU You're a senior, hands-on individual contributor with real technical depth who thrives on turning marketing and funnel data into decisions that move pipeline and revenue. * Proven analytics experience supporting marketing, growth, demand gen or RevOps, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech. * Expert SQL for complex analysis, optimisation and reusable datasets. * dbt & a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake or similar) — commercial experience building production models, tests and docs. * Modern BI with an integrated semantic layer — building self-serve dashboards and owning metric definitions (e.g. Omni, Looker, Thoughtspot). * Deep knowledge of the marketing stack — HubSpot (or similar automation/CRM), Salesforce, Google Analytics and digital/web/event analytics. * Attribution and funnel expertise — multi-touch attribution, CAC, conversion and LTV/payback, with the statistical judgement to separate signal from noise. * A strong communicator who turns analysis into clear narratives marketing and leadership can act on. * Strategic problem solver who owns metric definitions and builds validation so numbers are trusted across teams. * Bonus: Python for deeper analysis; experience with paid-media analytics, SEO or marketing experimentation. OUR BENEFITS We’re a scaling start up, and we enjoy sharing our success, when the company succeeds, we always reinvest that in our people. We also offer huge amounts of responsibility, an abundance of opportunity for growth and a platform to truly excel. Financial & Insurance * Competitive Salary (our salary bands are benchmarked at the top end of the market) * Equity options * Pension (your minimum contributions are 4% with 9fin matching up to 7%) * Private Medical Insurance * Paid sick leave with Income Protection for long periods of illness * Group Life Assurance * Season Ticket Loan & Cycle to Work schemes Time off * 25 holiday days per year * Local public holidays (with the ability to exchange them for alternative days) * Hybrid working model, to allow you the flexibility to decide how, where and when you do your best work * Work abroad for up to 3 months a year * 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years of service * Enhanced parental leave & flexible working arrangements available Training & Culture * Professional learning and development budget * Quarterly team socials * Summer and Winter company social events 9fin is an equal opportunities employer At 9fin we are dedicated to building and promoting a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone can reach their full potential and truly belong. We recognize that building diverse teams enables a more creative and productive environment. If you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You might just be who we’re looking for — either for this role, or perhaps another.
