Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

About VidsyVidsy is a global creative platform transforming how the world’s biggest brands create video advertising across paid social. With teams across NYC, LA, Toronto, and London, we partner with global advertisers like L’Oréal, Amazon and PepsiCo enabling them to produce creator and AI powered video advertising at scale. The RoleWe’re looking for a social-first Creative, who lives and breathes social media. As a Creative at Vidsy, you are the visionary behind the scroll. You’ll live at the intersection of creativity and production, turning brand goals into high-performing social content. You’ll spend your days concepting, directing our global Creator community, and collaborating with our in-house Motion Design team to bring ideas to life.If you spend more time on your TikTok FYP than in Photoshop, and you know exactly why a hook works (or doesn't), this is for you. What You’ll Do Concept & Direct: Develop "social-first" concepts for brands like Pepsi, L’Oreal, Google, and Warner Bros. The Bridge: Act as the creative glue between our Strategists, Client Managers, and Motion Designers. Direct Creators: Brief and direct our external Creator Community to ensure they deliver authentic, high-quality UGC. Trend-Jack: Keep your finger on the pulse of platform shifts (TikTok, Reels, Snap) to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve. Pitch & Present: Confidently share your creative vision with major enterprise clients. Must-Haves 18 months (plus) - or equivalent experience - working within the creative industry or within social content production. Social Native: You don't just "use" social; you understand the nuances of TikTok, Meta, and Snap like a pro. Portfolio: A showcase of work that proves you know how to tell engaging social first stories in vertical video. Creative Visionary: You can dream up a concept for a beauty brand one hour and a gaming brand the next. Communication: Comfortable leading client calls and presenting your ideas with conviction. Nice-to-Haves Briefing Skills: Experience briefing UGC creators, Editors, and/or motion designers. Technical Literacy: You don't need to be an editor, but you know your way around the Adobe Suite and understand the video production workflow. Who You’ll Report To You’ll report to Flick, our Creative Director. At Vidsy since 2020, she’s progressed from Creative Lead to Senior Creative Lead and now leads the EMEA Creative team. With a deep love for social platforms (especially TikTok), Flick champions authentic, audience-first creativity. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? As our new Designer, you will work on CRM and loyalty projects for several global clients, as well as digital experiences that meet their business objectives and lofty ambitions – something you’ll know all about as you gain a deep understanding of their businesses and audiences. Your primary job will be to create creative content in various forms with tasks that include: * Designing and defining visual guidelines and master templates for CRM * Advising on design and visual identity of content used in direct marketing channels such as emails, SMS, apps, paid and social media, and loyalty programs * Creating content assets for templates within existing design guidelines * Creating or adapting illustrations, icons, logos and more * Visualizing strategies and customer journeys and ensuring a cohesive visual experience But your job will also be to support conceptualizing engaging consumer-facing digital experiences, including: * Brainstorming with other creatives, or on your own * Seeing and visualizing the complete picture – from first click to loyal consumer * Playing an active role in projects, from initial idea generation to execution and approval – closely liaising with Experience Strategists, Account Directors, Consultants and more WHO ARE YOU GOING TO WORK WITH? As a member of the Experience Design team, you will work closely with talented designers, copywriters, motion designers and creative leads, as well as communication strategists, CX/UX designers, data scientists, tech developers and project managers. You have great attention to detail, even when coloring outside the lines, ensuring all deliveries are spotless and effective. The Role If your idea of a bit of fun is popping open After Effects and having a play then you are in the right place. As one of our superstar Designers you’ll partner with our Internal Creative Team and our external Creator Community to deliver a wide range of incredible content for some of the world's best known brands - including the likes of Google, L'Oreal, Pepsi, Unilever and Warner Bros - and some of the hottest new startups too 🔥. But this isn’t your “typical” Motion Graphics role - we’re looking for video natives who can get stuck in throughout our entire creative process, from coming up with concepts for brands and creating original content, to briefing our External Creators, and polishing - or beautifying - their work prior to client review to ensure it’s the very best it can be.
