We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and elevate the social presence across both the ElevenLabs and ElevenCreative
brands. You will own ElevenCreative on X and LinkedIn, ElevenLabs on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and our community on Discord.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of content strategy, lightweight video editing, and community. You will plan the
calendar, capture product moments with our AI creative producers and product teams, and do the recording and editing yourself
using tools like Screen Studio, assembling clips, adding text and motion, and adapting each post natively for its platform. You
will stay ahead of trends and cultural moments, up-level the brand voice and the quality bar across channels, track performance,
and use the data to keep improving what we publish.
The right person lives on social platforms, understands what makes content work natively on each one, and has strong opinions
about how an AI-native brand should show up. You should be comfortable writing sharp copy, running a content calendar across
multiple channels, and thinking strategically about audience growth and brand positioning.

LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South. Moving to a new country shouldn’t mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live. What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth. With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity. ABOUT THE ROLE You'll shape how LemFi shows up online to UK diaspora communities. This is creative, video-first work where your job is to make LemFi feel relevant, authentic, and worth talking about across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X. You'll turn cultural moments, community conversations and real stories into content that moves people. This role asks something specific of you: you need to understand these communities not just as an audience, but as communities you're genuinely part of or deeply connected to. You'll spot trends before they go mainstream, move fast, and build spaces where people feel seen and heard. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND OWN * Own and manage LemFi's social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X. Transform X into a genuine engagement channel. Shape how we show up across every platform. * Develop a video-first content calendar that reflects the real lives and interests of UK diaspora communities. Write sharp captions and copy that feels native to each platform. * Spot cultural trends and conversations before they go mainstream. Move quickly when they do. Build and nurture online communities where audiences feel seen, heard and connected. * Identify, engage and manage relationships with creators, influencers and community partners who speak authentically to our audience. Build genuine relationships that matter. * Direct and collaborate with videographers, photographers and content creators to bring ideas to life. Monitor performance metrics and use insights to continuously improve strategy. * Help shape LemFi's brand voice and social strategy. Approach all content as storytelling, not marketing. YOUR EXPERIENCE * 3 to 5+ years of social media experience, ideally at a brand with a multicultural or diaspora-facing audience. * Strong content creation skills, especially video, with a portfolio that demonstrates cultural relevance and creative instinct. * Deep understanding of UK diaspora communities and how they engage with brands on social media. You're connected to these communities, not observing from outside. * Hands-on experience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and X. * Experience managing influencer and content creator relationships. * Strong written communication and community management skills. * Proactive mindset. You spot opportunities and act on them without waiting to be told. * Aesthetic sense. You know what looks good and why it works on each platform. NICE TO HAVE * Experience working with multicultural brands or community organisations. * Video editing skills: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar. * Additional language skills relevant to UK diaspora communities. WHY JOIN LEMFI? Love shouldn’t be expensive, yet those working hardest for their families often face predatory fees and banking exclusion. We're changing this. At LemFi, you won’t be just a cog in a machine. Whether designing products, scaling operations, or telling our story, you’ll tackle complex challenges with real, immediate impact. Your work goes beyond metrics - it puts money back in families’ pockets and offers access to the previously excluded. Join us to make a meaningful difference, where high performance is a lifeline for millions. You can connect with us on LinkedIn and Instagram and if you haven't already, download the app on the App Store or Google Play.
