As a Talent Advisor at FirstMind you will be a crucial part of the entire sales journey from start to end - from lead sourcing,
nurturing and selling through 1:1 development conversations with people in large and small businesses. You will be analysing and
understanding talent profiles, educating and ensuring that our clients succeed in understanding their employees, so that they
achieve the best possible outcomes in their organisation.

The Solutions Org drives customer acquisition and accelerates revenue growth through a mastery of strategic sales and Asana platform expertise. We are trusted advisors for our prospects and clients. Our team bridges the gaps between the voice of business and voice of customer, gathering first-party insights to fuel & inspire further evolutions of our software platform, thereby enabling the world’s teams to work effortlessly today and into the future. As a Solutions Consultant you will play a critical role in supporting our prospects within the UKI region to understand the value of Asana. Through your deep product knowledge and ability to translate customer needs and pains into a tool-based solution, you will support our EMEA Sales teams as a co-seller and ensure they constantly move towards close. This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve * Be a thought leader in AI-powered Collaborative Work Management * Partner with Sales teams to develop and drive account strategy for key accounts * Develop deep understanding of customer needs and articulate how Asana can address those pain points by presenting a solution and its business impact * Identify and scale solution-selling best practices to the broader Revenue organisation * Position yourself as a trusted advisor for colleagues and customers * Be a key player in helping Asana achieve its revenue goals * Be a storyteller and help customers imagine completely new ways of working * Support our presale scale motions such as office hours and content generation About you * Minimum 3+ years in Presales, Solutions Consulting, Technical Sales, Sales Engineering or similar roles, preferably within a SaaS environment * Preferred experience in AI technology (Agentic, LLM, AI-powered automation, etc.) and business models * Proven ability to effectively influence senior-level decision-makers * A deep curiosity and understanding of how IT systems work in a business context * Proficiency in developing product demonstrations, including designing and presenting from decks, briefs, and whiteboards * Experience in running customer Proof of Concepts * Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional languages preferred * Located in London and willing to travel on-site with customers upwards of 30% * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making. WHAT WE’LL OFFER Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit. For this role, the estimated OTE range is between £106,000 - £120,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. The role We are looking to hire a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Commercial team in London. This is a full time office-based role out of our London office. Role overview For two decades, WGSN's proprietary trend intelligence has shaped how the world's most valuable brands in fashion, beauty, consumer goods, interiors and food & drink make decisions. Now those same brands are rebuilding their stack around AI—agents, knowledge platforms, recommendation engines, and personalisation systems—and they want WGSN forecast intelligence flowing into them as a data layer, delivered through our Pulse Intelligence API. This role leads the pre-sales technical and solutioning workstream on our largest enterprise opportunities. Working alongside Enterprise Account Directors, you will qualify, scope, design and close API and data-integration deals at $1m+ multi-year contract value, covering both new logos and expansion within existing accounts. This is a hybrid technical and consultative sales role. You will run discovery sessions with senior stakeholders across design, consumer insight, buying and merchandising, as well as Chief Digital, Innovation and Data Officers shaping the AI agenda. You will then translate those conversations into commercial propositions. We are looking for significant experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions consulting, solutions engineering or technical account management, selling data, API, SaaS or AI/ML products into large enterprises. Direct experience of API and data-product sales cycles are essential.
