Backed by a $200M investment led by General Atlantic, we became the first product of our kind to reach a $1B valuation in 2024 – and we’re not slowing down. With 7M paid subscribers and the highest-rated experience in the App Store’s health category, we’ve spent 10 years earning trust at scale. Now, we’re building the next generation of digital health – AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed – to help our users know their body better. The job We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Health Records & Virtual Clinics team. This team is building the foundational infrastructure that powers Flo’s next generation of personalised healthcare experiences. Our mission is to integrate diverse health data sources, from clinical systems and external vendors to user-reported data, including data from wearables directly or via Health Connect/HealthKit into a unified, reliable, and actionable health record. This foundation will enable a new Virtual Clinics direction, delivering personalised, data-driven care journeys at scale. While this is a deeply technical and data-heavy area, we believe that the true value of health data is unlocked through intuitive, trustworthy, and beautifully designed user experiences. You will partner closely with product design to ensure complex, fragmented health data is translated into clear, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences. Your Experience Must have: * 7+ years of experience in product management, including experience in platform, data, or infrastructure products * Strong technical background, with experience working on APIs, data pipelines, or distributed systems * Experience integrating third-party vendors, APIs, or complex ecosystems (healthcare experience is a strong plus) * Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality challenges, and trade-offs in building scalable data platforms * Proven passion for building high-quality user experiences, with a track record of partnering closely with design to ship intuitive and elegant products * Ability to translate complex technical systems and data into simple, user-friendly interfaces and flows * Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with clinical, legal, privacy, and security stakeholders * Proven ability to define and deliver products in ambiguous, fast-moving environments * Strong analytical mindset, with experience defining and tracking metrics for platform/data products * Track record of iterative delivery and experimentation, even within complex technical domains * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around complex initiatives * Passion for building impactful healthcare products and improving user outcomes through data What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for: * Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Health Records and data integrations, enabling scalable and secure ingestion of data from multiple vendors and systems * Own the end-to-end lifecycle of health data: from ingestion and normalization to enrichment and activation in downstream experiences * Lead the development of a unified health data model that supports personalised user experiences, clinical use cases, and Virtual Clinics services * Partner with design team to creation of best-in-class UI/UX patterns for surfacing health insights, longitudinal records, and care journeys * Ensure that health data is presented in a way that is actionable, empathetic, and clinically responsible, balancing simplicity with accuracy * Partner closely with Engineering, Data, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user privacy. Own the creation of well-scoped product and technical specifications, and actively participate in technical trade-off discussions. Given the tech- and infrastructure-heavy nature of the team, operate as a deeply embedded partner within the squad, not just a stakeholder, contributing to architecture-level decisions and day-to-day execution * Drive vendor integration strategy, including prioritisation, evaluation, and long-term partnership management * Collaborate with AI Platform team to ensure high-quality structured data is available for models and personalised insights * Balance speed and scalability, making high-judgment trade-offs across infrastructure, data quality, and user-facing impact * Establish metrics to evaluate data quality, coverage, and downstream impact on user outcomes and business goals * Stay on top of industry trends in digital health, interoperability, and virtual care, as well as evolving UX patterns in consumer health products #LI-Hybrid #LI-AJ1 Salary Range - London - gross per year (ranges may vary based on skills and experience) £91,600—£115,000 GBP Salary Range - Vilnius - gross per month (ranges may vary based on skills and experience) €7.300—€8.800 EUR How we work We’re a mission-led, product-driven team. We move fast, stay focused and take ownership – from brief to build to impact. Debate is encouraged. Decisions are shared. We care about craft, ship with purpose, and always raise the bar. You’ll be working with people who take their work seriously, not themselves. It takes commitment, resilience, and the drive to keep going when things get tough. Because better health outcomes are worth it. What you'll get We support impact with meaningful reward. Here’s what that looks like: * Competitive salary and annual reviews * Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme * Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave * Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents * Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support * In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office * 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary * Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks Diversity, equity and inclusion Our strength is in our differences. At Flo, hiring is based on merit, skill and what you bring to the role – nothing else. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds, communities and identities. Read our privacy notice for job applicants.
Location: London Full-time In office 4 days/week Why This Role Payments might not sound glamorous, but the scale of what moves through Modulr's platform speaks for itself. The products you'll own are live, used daily by real businesses and the problems are technically challenging. You'll have real ownership, a short line to decisions and room to shape things. No endless approval chains and no building for the sake of it. Who We Are Modulr is the payments automation platform that streamlines money movement with accuracy, control and reliability – built to scale. We process more than 200m transactions and over £180bn in payment value on an annualised basis, and we're trusted by over 6,000 businesses from fast-growing SMEs to global enterprises. We automate how money moves into and out of a business – payroll, supplier payments, spend management and payment collection – through a single platform, connected to the accounting and payroll systems finance teams already use and underpinned by principal memberships of Visa and Mastercard and direct access to central bank infrastructure. As a regulated payments provider with over a decade of experience, we're the platform finance teams trust to run mission-critical operations. Modulr is backed by PayPal, FIS, General Atlantic, Blenheim Chalcot, Frog Capital and Highland Europe, with over 400 employees across London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam and Mumbai. Own your product area - end-to-end ownership from discovery through to launch and performance management. You will write ROI-driven roadmaps, operate as Product Owner in your squad, and drive delivery across APIs, dashboards, portals, reports, and partner integrations. Go deep with customers and partners - develop a thorough understanding of the payment processes and customer needs in your vertical. Use those insights to build solutions that improve efficiency, lower costs, and accelerate time to payment, and manage the partner relationships that sit alongside your product. Operate with commercial clarity - own your product area's performance against agreed metrics and KPIs. Understand your cost base, input into pricing strategy, and communicate your roadmap and its value clearly to the CPO and Product Director. Land things properly - work closely with sales, demand gen, and product marketing to drive effective launches and sustained traction. Make sure all cross-functional implications, across ops, risk, compliance, and data, are resolved before go-live. Who You Are * An experience product manager with a proven track record of delivering results by shipping valuable features and scaling commercial performance. * Strong grounding in SaaS or API-first product development for B2B customers, with hands-on experience across technical product design, API ecosystems, and UX. * Proven ability to work effectively across customer engagements (requirements gathering, user testing, product pitching), product development (design, working with engineering teams), and strategy. * Comfortable working in a regulated environment, balancing pace with operational, security, and compliance requirements. * Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills across C-level customers, partners, and suppliers. * High autonomy, with the ability to combine meticulous attention to detail and deep analysis with comfort navigating ambiguity. * Experience using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflow What We Offer You Share Options – We offer a Company Share Option Plan (CSOP), giving you the opportunity to benefit from any increase in share value in the event of a sale, merger, or flotation. Bonus – Our annual discretionary bonus, paid in May for the previous year, is based on both company and individual performance.
