The Role
AXS is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer, Marketing Cloud to join our Marketing Technology team. This is a hands-on engineering
role responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting marketing automation solutions, customer journeys, and
data integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Success in this role requires strong solution design skills, hands-on

This role focuses on designing and operating distributed systems that must perform reliably under extreme, bursty traffic conditions - such as global on-sale events with massive concurrency and adversarial bot activity. You will work on high-impact systems where performance, fairness, and reliability directly affect millions of users in real time. Candidates may be leveled as Senior Engineer I or II based on experience and interview performance.
